Love this washer/dryer combo, it's a total game-changer. First off, no more switching clothes between machines—it does everything in one go, which is a lifesaver. We have had our WM6998HBA for nearly a month now and I have been quite impressed with the machine. I love the AI Wash & Dry feature. The feature does a really good job in calculating the total wash and dry time for the loads. Wash and dry times can vary depending on type and amount of clothes. Overall, it is a great machine!

LG's 2-in-1 WashCombo has been the best addition to my home thus far. It's helped improved laundry time, I can set it for both cycles and come back to a fresh batch of clothes ready to be folded and put away. It's helped free up space in my laundry room/area with the all in one element. I love the sleek and quiet design and technology. Overall, I am 100% satisfied with this product!

This all in one washer dryer combo is great. You can put your clothes in and it will wash and then dry it for you. No need to move it into another machine. I really like the feature where you can fill up the soap and softner dispenser and it will dispense as needed - no need to add every time you do a load.

We really like this product. It has reduced our number of loads and given our laundry space more room. That being said, it does take a time to learn how to use it. You do need to read the owners manual and follow the outlined procedures for the unit. It does take longer for the loads to complete. The positive side of that is you can do other things between and your wash is complete when it finishes. The ThinQ app notifies you no matter where you are that the load is finished, so it can eliminate rerunning the dryer function to unwrinkle your load. It also can be set to come on periodically to keep your clothes from wrinkling do to being left in the dryer to long. It does have an odor the first few times you use it, but that goes away. It is not unpleasant, but noticeable. If you have a small laundry room it will heat it up, which may be good in colder climates. Overall, This is a great solution to space issues, considering the size of the washers and dryers today. I would recommend this to anyone looking to solve a space problem.

I got this machine a week ago and have used it several times. I'm very happy with it. It saves space, does the whole wash/dry in less time than before, has several good options and it's ventless. Cleaning the filter and rim after each cycle was kind of annoying, but I got to do it quickly now and it's worthy. I just hope it lasts, but I got an extended warranty just in case.

The following is a bullet list of my observations and opinions. Appearance • Dark grey is very attractive, the finish and fit are excellent. Installation • Easy installation. Simply hook up hot and cold water, insert drain hose, and plug it in to a regular 110v plug. Setup • I followed the guide and had it ready to go in less than 15 minutes. Controls • The controls are relatively straightforward, but I needed a bit of use to get familiarized with them. • I would prefer that the control panel be either facing upward or be angled upward slightly. o This would probably be less of a concern if I had the optional extra washer, or the optional pedestal installed. o This would raise the controls closer to eye level. Ease of Use • Except for the control placement mentioned above, this machine is quite easy to use. Performance • I have six adults using this machine and everyone loves it. • We had some dryer issues at first (it didn’t dry laundry completely), but it has improved greatly (perhaps due to software updates) and we no longer have any drying issues. • The capacity is quite large, and it handles heavy loads (like towels) easily. Summary This is an excellent machine that seems to effortlessly handle multiple laundry loads daily. It’s simple to use, saves time and also saves quite a bit of electricity.

The Washer/Dryer combo has been a game changer for our hectic schedules. Being able to start a load of laundry and return to it both clean and dry has been a huge convenience. The advanced settings and app features allow us to check on the unit without needing to be home. We also love the intermittent post-dry tumble cycle and the easy-to-remove lint trap – two of our favorite features!

I've had this product for just over a year now and it has been excellent for our family. It was a bit of a positive lifestyle change because now we run laundry once every day or two (family of 4) rather than devoting an entire weekend day to marathon laundry. One of my favorite parts is that I no longer worry about wet clothes sitting forgotten in a washer. Normal full loads are typically 2-3 hours to wash and dry. Towels can get closer to 5-6 hours so we definitely save those for last load of the night if there are multiple loads. Much less lint than our old dryer and clothing color and texture seems to last longer. Wrinkles do happen more frequently than with the old dryer; I believe this is because the heat pump drying is a softer heat so clothes aren't basically ironed like in a high heat dryer. We don't have issues with it if we either remove laundry right after the load is done, or we remember to turn on Laundry Care, which tosses the laundry around every couple minutes after the cycle so it doesn't stay in one place to develop wrinkles. There are reviews about drying and lint trapping no longer working. I had this problem too. Turns out I wasn't cleaning the lint filter good enough. You need to run the lint filter under tap water and rub the screen between your fingers to actually clean it out. I had tried everything else and this seemed insignificant, but it worked! I do it once a month now and no issues since. I recommend this product after one year of use.
