This product is a game changer! Being able to wash AND dry your clothes all in one appliance saves so much time. The washer/dryer did not take up too much space in my laundry room, and it doesn't make a lot of noise! I work from home and need to be on calls all day, my home office set up is close to the laundry room and you can barely hear anything. Excellent product and I can't be happier with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, I really love the design. It's modern and sophisticated, and it has completely changed the atmosphere of my home. The delivery team was incredibly friendly and installed the product while explaining how to use it, which made me feel great from the start. Before installation, I was worried about needing a vent for the dryer, but fortunately, this model doesn’t require one, which was a relief. I’ve heard that electric dryers use a lot of electricity, so I’ll have to check my electricity bill after a month to see how much it affects the cost. The new washing machine is heavier than my old one, so it doesn’t move even when washing bulky items like blankets or large loads of laundry. It’s also much quieter than my previous machine, which is fantastic. The AI feature is great because it automatically adjusts the time and load size, so there’s no need to set anything manually, which is very convenient. The best part is that it can wash and dry at the same time, which makes everything so much easier. One downside is that all operations are digital, which can be a little tricky. For example, to activate the Child Lock, I used to be able to do it with just one button press, but now I have to go into the options menu and find the lock function. The same goes for turning it off. For those who may struggle with digital controls, this could be inconvenient. Also, after the wash is finished, I noticed there’s still some water left on the lid, which is a bit annoying, as the wet laundry can end up with moisture after the drying cycle. Although I haven’t been using it for more than a month yet, I’ve been very satisfied with it so far. If I get the chance, I’ll leave another review after using it for a few more months.

Easy to select the exact wash wanted, and I really like detergent and softener dispenser that senses amount needed for selected wash. The drying cycle was faster than the display showed , it updated as the clothes became dryer.

I absolutely love this WashCombo! I often forget to move laundry from the washer to the dryer, but with this machine, my laundry is done without the need for a rewash. While I still use my traditional dryer (and plan to upgrade to a matching one), the WashCombo’s ability to start the drying process during the wash cycle makes a big difference. The drying time in my separate dryer is significantly reduced, which shortens my overall laundry time—and best of all, I never forget that last load! Here are some of the cycle times I've experienced: Queen sheet set – under 2 hours Jeans – under 3 hours Mixed load – around 2 hours I love anything that makes life easier, and the EZDispense feature is fantastic. Just load the detergent into the machine, and it takes care of the rest. The AI-powered Wash+Dry cycle is my favorite, though there are 25 different cycles to choose from if you want more customization. The ThinQ app is a game changer. I can check from my phone whether the load is in the wash or dry cycle, and I get notifications when it's done. It’s also a breeze to set the cycle remotely. As a fun touch, I’ve even set up the digital dial to show a cute Christmas tree when the machine powers on, which always brings a smile to my face. Overall, I’d rate this 10/10. It shortens my laundry day, offers tailored cycles for my clothes, eliminates the need to measure detergent, ensures I never wake up to wet clothes, AND my clothes feel softer than ever coming out of the WashCombo. Highly recommend!

I love it!. The two biggest wins for me is that it is somewhat quiet and saved me a lot of space in the laundry room. I can't get over the fact that I don't have to pour laundry detergent in for every load. In fact, I went through multiple loads before doing so. I just filled it to the max line the first time. It's very easy to setup and use. I love that there aren't multiple buttons, but a screen and dial instead. I just turn it to what load I want to do and that's it. And with the app, I don't have to run to the laundry room to see how much time is left on a load. That is very convenient for me.

It has taken a little getting use to, with the long drying time and making sure the filters are clean, but now we have adjusted to using it and it creates a lot of room in the laundry room. I would recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love it! Is it perfect, no..but the space, time and energy savings make up for any shortcomings on this unit. We decided to go with the All-In One combo because our other units took up so much space, we constantly dropped cloths on the floor when moving from the washer to the dryer and we were constantly having to switch loads. This all-in-one combo save so much space and has also allowed us to cover up the vents in the laundry room that were letting all the cold air in the house because we no longer have to vent out. Does this take a little more time to dry on some loads..yes, but so what? It’s fine. I have seen some complaints about the lint being around the rubber gasket..again, not a big deal. As long as you use a damp cloth/sponge and clean it at the same time as you remove the lint from the trap..no biggie! This is a GREAT unit and I would buy again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this 3 weeks ago and once I was shown all the ways to use it, I love it. It does a great job, and clothes come out less wrinkled. It has made my life much easier. There are so many options on it. Very easy to clean the filters.

I've had the WM6998HBA for about 6 months now. Would I buy it again, probably not. Cleaning the machine of lint is high maintenance - you have to clean the filter in the top after every use, vacuum or wipe off lint from the front tub liner, and then remove a vent from the top once in a while with a screw driver, and wipe lint off the glass. Also, dry times are not accurate - it usually takes an extra 1 or 2 hours to dry, and I live in a very dry climate. I do love the convenience of the all in one, but I wouldn't recommend for more than a household of 2, otherwise laundry time is just too long.

I needed a new washer & dryer as other Korean brand washer & dryer stopped working within 3 years. I was a bit hesitant on getting an all-in-one washer as I never had one, but I thought I gave it a try to save up some room in my laundry room due to excessive baby stuff stocking up at home. First of all, the design is so sleek. My friends complimented so many times on the color and design of the machine. Secondly, the quality is top notch. I can't believe this one, a single machine can do washing AND drying with a minimal sound (i have a toddler at home) Also, the fact that you can control everything with ThinQ App, it was definitely a life changer for someone who needs to multitask around home. I can do many variations of washing & drying through the app and also track the progress of washing & drying at the same time Lastly, the real game changer is the ventless heat pump. This has definitely simplified that installation, but I also don't need to worry about dirty lint vent.  If needed, I am considering purchasing the LG SideKick Pedestal Washer which is a mini washing machine that goes on the bottom of this all-in-one washer. Super convenient!! Oh and I cannot forget about the delivery folks. They were very prompt with time, extremely careful with the delivery, and helped me learn every bit about the machine.
