I needed a new washer & dryer as other Korean brand washer & dryer stopped working within 3 years. I was a bit hesitant on getting an all-in-one washer as I never had one, but I thought I gave it a try to save up some room in my laundry room due to excessive baby stuff stocking up at home. First of all, the design is so sleek. My friends complimented so many times on the color and design of the machine. Secondly, the quality is top notch. I can't believe this one, a single machine can do washing AND drying with a minimal sound (i have a toddler at home) Also, the fact that you can control everything with ThinQ App, it was definitely a life changer for someone who needs to multitask around home. I can do many variations of washing & drying through the app and also track the progress of washing & drying at the same time Lastly, the real game changer is the ventless heat pump. This has definitely simplified that installation, but I also don't need to worry about dirty lint vent.  If needed, I am considering purchasing the LG SideKick Pedestal Washer which is a mini washing machine that goes on the bottom of this all-in-one washer. Super convenient!! Oh and I cannot forget about the delivery folks. They were very prompt with time, extremely careful with the delivery, and helped me learn every bit about the machine.

I love how it washes and dries in 2-3 hours without a vent. PROS: — Simple to use, worry free wash and dry — Space saving, Takes the space of only one machine. — Great for tiny homes, — Perfect for small families (4‐5 people) — Smart app shows energy usage, — ventless — Optional Wash only and optional dry only. CONS: — bleach loader is hard to reach. I wash a lot of whites, so it is tedious to keep pulling it out — Larger (full) loads takes longer to dry (3 hours total just to dry). — Lots of debris in the washer after washingand drying. Perhaps due to the ventless function? — Order to use for big families (10 in a household) Overall I think the pros outweigh the cons. What a little bit more improvements? This will probably be the best washer and dryer on the market.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly we were so excited to get this unit. No more remembering to switch the laundry over! We're a small family of 3 and don't do much laundry so we thought it would be perfect for us!!, WRONG, it is the biggest waste of money we've ever spent. It takes hours to dry a small load and even then you often need to re-run a dry only cycle. Towels? Forget about it, 4 standard sized towels is easily 6+ hours to wash and dry. I will not wash my bed blankets in it because they will never dry. I'm not talking heavy loads either, basic cotton fabric clothing, smaller than a normal washer/dryer load and it's never ending. I now need to spend money at a laundry mat to wash any/all blankets. It's been less than a year since we bought it and we have regular issues with it. Repair person is coming out tomorrow because we keep getting a drain error, even though the filter and such are free of debris. If I could afford to get rid of it and buy a set, I would. Even for 3-4 loads a week it's a huge pain to deal with. 15/10 do NOT recommend. Seriously, avoid this unit, save yourself the stress, the money, and buy a regular washer and dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this about 2 months ago. Both washing and drying take longer than a regular washer and dryer. Having the quick wash cycle helps cut some of that time. However drying takes 2-3 hours. Positive side is no more dryer vents to clean and worry about. Also have some space back in my laundry room.

I love everything about this machine. I’ve only done about 20 loads so far. My clothes seem to come out cleaner. I love being notified when it’s time to take them out. The drying does seem to take a little longer but not too bad. Overall the clothes seem to feel nicer and less wrinkly. I bought it for the cottage but thinking about getting one for my home. It is a larger….deeper… machine, so may not fit at home.😩

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our combo unit has been great. Only hang up is it doesn’t always dry the cloths all the way and my wife and I wish it could be bigger because it’s just to small for our King size Comforter. Overall it’s been a good product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace the GE all in one. It’s got a more compact design than the bulky (and shaky) GE. The LG is quieter, more efficient lint filter, easier to use drain for maintenance, and dries well. I do miss the slightly damp feature on GE which left clothes feeling nice and silky after shaking out bc I think the LG can feel too dry at times and clothes feel a bit crunchy, but we prefer LG for ease of use and maintenance. Once, the hose wasn’t installed far enough down and it kept triggering a blocked drain error, that’s the only issue we have had.

The first thing we noticed was how sturdy it is, built with quality in mind. After doing our first wash, we couldn't believe how quiet it is. Of course, we're still learning about its many features and we're anxious to enjoy its "smart" capabilities, but basics were simple and easy to use. We especially appreciate the automatic detergent and softener dispenser. The large capacity is more than enough for any of our needs, including even our king-sized comforter.

I’ve only had this WashCombo for a few days, but with five kids, I’ve already put it to work. The capacity is definitely a lifesaver, I can toss in way more clothes in one load instead of running back and forth switching loads all day. The ventless drying is pretty convenient since I didn’t have to deal with installing a vent. One thing I really like is how quiet it is. I can have it running while the kids are asleep, and it doesn’t feel like a plane is taking off in my house. The controls took a little getting used to, and I had to play around with the settings to figure out what worked best, but once I got the hang of it, it’s been solid. This was the perfect solution for our family as we were limited in space.

We can accept slow drying times, but we have typically require 2 to 3 two- hour cycles for clothes to dry. This defeats one of our big reasons for wanting the combo - not needing to be there to switch clothes over. Also drain which supposedly should be emptied every 10 loads needs emptying twice every load.
