These are my FAVORITE kitchen tools!! The knives and scissors are precise and make cutting while cooking a breeze!! Wish I had them sooner!! They are not heavy to the touch and cut through fruits and vegetables with ease!

Extremely sharp, very well made. I know people who have had them about ten years and still love them. Fyi, they must be hand washed.

I seen a lady purchasing this set and she is a Chef. We talked for over 30 minutes and she spoke very highly about the Henckels Diamond Block set! She told me to make sure to DRY them completely before storing them back into the block! I have been using them for over a month now and I LOVE THEM!!!

Great set of knives for the price. Many reviewers previously are giving a bad review for rust after dishwashing. The cleaning instructions clearly state, "wash by hand."

They are fine. But alot if up keep. Hand wash and dry do not put in dishwasher . Really think they are over priced and not really worth the price.

I did not have the knife set for more than three weeks and the large knife just broke off just above the handle.

Knives developed rust spots, disappointed

These are the fastest rusting SS I have ever used. Even with hand washing and being extra careful, I noticed spots and rust marks the first week. Even at $100 sale, these are not good quality. Steak knives need way more effort than the kitchenaid knives I was trying to replace. The kitchenaids get cleaned in the dishwasher every day for several years now and look better than these knives do handwashed after 1 week. Both of them "German stainless" but the henckels are completely inferior quality. Did not even get to use the main blades, only the bread knife once and steak knives a few times, and I am getting sick of dealing with the rust already.

They are not sharp. A waste of money. They will rust. I have a knife over 50 years and have not rusted. The shears are ok. Pretty. Wished l had returned.
