I bought this Pergola approximately a month ago and last weekend assembled and put it up in a day and a half with a little bit of help when standing upright. Well made and easy to follow directions with assembly! Looks great and is a great addition to our backyard!

I bought 10x18 louvered pergola purposely to fit our deck. It looks great but the 18 foot length is probably a bit to long for the way it is made. It does dip in the middle of the gutter and the water flows out of the gutter onto the deck and now TV. I have tried to put shims under one side pillar to help the flow of water but the middle still leaks. How can I address this issue?

Delivered May 12 all parts included and no damage. 4 heavy duty boxes. Took 2 of us a total of 22 hours. Got the beams up first day and finished the rest the next day. We took our time and used the manual as well as the BLIT app. The directions are very good. I attached to my deck and used a couple of 2 by 10 between and attached to my jost. Then used 5 inch 3/8 bolts to fasten it. It's not going to go anywhere. Really love how everything turned out and this is one solid structure, well built and produced. From start to finish it's a 10. Now looking forward to using it and having a few friends over for food and drinks. If you're looking for the perfect Pergola this is it, don't hesitate.

Beautiful. My friends put this together with no problem. There were no screws included to secure the pergola but otherwise they put it with no problem. Virtual customer was great. They were very patient while I asked various questions to make sure this was a good fit for us prior to purchase

We have had this pergola for about 9 months. The product is very sturdy and nice looking. We love it as long as it is not raining. But we bought it because they boast about full coverage from rain. We have very nice/expensive outdoor furniture with nice upholstery that gets soaked EVERY SINGLE TIME it rains. We cleaned out the tracks and gutters which was not that dirty and it still soaks the furniture. This is a a lot of money, HARD WORK, and more money for installation to have to put up with this issue. We are so disappointed and frustrated. I will be calling the support center. Let’s hope and pray the my will be helpful and give us a solution to this problem.

We bought 5 - 20x10 Sarasota Steel Louvered Pergolas and put them up on our beer garden patio. The first one took us just over two days to assemble, but we became experts and erected the next four in under two days total. We had one faulty part and Backyard Discovery overnighted the part to us and we were able to complete the project the next day. They even followed up with us on how things were going. Quality is top notch and the service response was even better.

I got this a few weeks ago and it’s great. I can’t wait to hang my strip lights to make it even better. It’s nice because I can have a bonfire and just open the top

The company has been very good to work with, we got a little messed up with our delivery. We are excited anot our Pargula but we can set it up because we’re waiting for someone to put ou slab..

Bought this a month ago to finish our newly remodeled backyard and so far very pleased. It looks clean and seems well built, and was relatively straightforward to assemble. I would recommend this to family and friends in the future.

Outstanding product. Easy to put together and sturdy. Just wished it was a bit wider. But overall extremely happy with our pergola and will purchase another one.
