[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this just before Christmas we were very unsure of the French door style but we would not go back the pull outs are great. It has tons of storage room and everything is easy to get to and well lit so you can easily see everything. The 3rd draw is great for either everyday items that you use and don't need to open the doors for or additional freezer space. The door alarms are helpful as well having kids that don't close the doors.

This is such a user friendly refrigerator I have 8 year old twins and they have there own drawers and they are so excited. I personally was impressed by the massive amount of use it makes. we purchased this refrigerator in december 2019. the salesman let us know that there had been a problem in the past with the samsung ice makers but that the problems had apparently been corrected. in the time that we have owned this fridge, we have had the icemaker freeze up at least 5x. most times we have been able to remove the ice container and resolve the issue, but this most recent time we are not able to remove it and neither was the tech that came out. the tech has had to order all new parts for the ice maker and the water filter area to try and resolve the problem. if we are already having these problems right at a year since purchase, what will the future of the refrigerator be like?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this fridge for over a month now now and space it has is awesome!! 28 cu. ft. works great for my growing family and I highly recommend. I like I can use the flex zone to freezer or just to store deli. I also got it for a great price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never knew I could love an appliance as much as I love this Samsung refrigerator! Right out of the box, this equipment is absolutely gorgeous! I love the stainless steel finish and the fact that it is fingerprint resistant makes me so much more excited as I have three little ones who are constantly touching and opening the fridge. It makes for so much less work and anxiety for me not to see all those messy fingerprints all the time. You still get some on the water dispenser and smudges here and there but it is 1000% better than the regular stainless steel. The installation and setup was very easy. I had to refer to the manual to make sure I had all the settings correct for the temperature and to turn on the water dispenser (The water dispenser does not start working as soon as it's plugged in! You have to unlock the mechanism from the controls located inside the refrigerator). Speaking of which, the control panel is very nice looking and easy to understand once you've looked at the manual. I really like the ability to adjust the temperature in that middle drawer. It is perfect space for snacks for my kids! They're constantly opening the fridge to find snacks and with the dedicated drawer for them, they're not constantly letting out the cold air from the rest of the fridge and it is right at their level! Win-win! Space wise, both the fridge and the freezer hold enough food and then some for our family of five. I have had this fridge for over a week and still haven't filled up the fridge completely at any point. It is great to have the French door style so you have visibility to all the food and nothing gets pushed to the back and forgotten. Really like the adjustable shelves so you could fit taller cartons or containers if needed. Also, the white LED lightning is very cool looking and adds a lot of visual appeal to the fridge. The freezer also has two levels and it is perfect for organizing and separating items. Both sections hold a lot of food and everything is easy to see and find at that level. A few things to look for: the water dispenser initially leaks for the first few liters, but you're supposed to let about 2 gallons of water run through anyway. But then it does stop leaking, so don't worry. Overall, we LOVE this fridge and never knew how much we needed it. It has become the focus point of our kitchen and adds a very modern look to our kitchen area! It has everything you want in a refrigerator! Absolutely recommend it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With our old refrigerator constantly whining and breaking down we knew we needed a new one with lots of room for tall and wide items. This Samsung model doesn't disappoint, it has many options for removing or sliding shelves to accommodate larger items, even 1 shelf that flips up quickly and easily! There are plenty of door shelves with lots of room for almost anything you want including one that fits gallon jugs. There are even a couple drawers that wrap around the ice maker making use of that area unlike other brands I've seen. The coolest feature is the flex zone drawer that has the option to change the temperature to what you are using it for such as: deli food, beverages, meat, and wine! It's easy to organize anything you put in it due to the divider being easy to move and lock in place. The freezer is nice since it has a deep space for larger items and a sliding drawer for smaller items that may be accessed more such as how we use it for ice packs, popsicles etc. Overall the design makes sense for easy use and space for large items. It's also very quiet other than a hissing or puff of air sound when it's cooling down after being open for too long or when you first install it. I don't know if that is the Twin Cooling or just the sound it makes in general. After all of that my favorite feature that isn't inside the fridge is actually pairing it to the SmartThings app! You can see in real time if the door is open, the temperature of the fridge, freezer and flex zone. You also have control to turn off or on the ice maker as well as power cooling or freezing. You can even see the status of the water filter and a couple of other options too. I love that we have a new working fridge and that we chose this model, I can't wait to see how much I can fill it with and how easy it will be to clean for years to come!

very nice refrigerator. spacious -along with the shelf lift adding more space. the icemaker /water dispensing unit could definitely use a cover. you must ensue that the handles are on tight otherwise they will pop off. if they do pop off, they can easily be reinstalled until a service call is made. my service call was timely, professional and well knowledgeable about all facets of the item.

It holds perfectly the temperature inside and the 4th door above the bottom freezer compartment it's outstanding. Very convenient and easy access for my kids. We only had a problem when we first got it, the water dispensing unit was dripping water on tray, we called Samsung and they came right away and replace a valve and lower the water pressure on my ice water box valve. It was no problem after that. We were very happy with their service. we highly recommend this refrigerator
