i bought my flex drawer fridge from a place that sells new dented appliances. i noticed food spoiled quickly, checked with a thermometer and called the repairman. a very expensive new part lasted just until the warrantee ran out, then the fridge got worse—water dripping everywhere! in spite of the constant mess, i love this fridge because i love the flex drawer! i am getting another one and it better work properly!

I had an ancient side by side that I hated because the freezer was so small and the refrigerator didn't have much room either. This refrigerator has a ton of space in the refrigerator section. I feel like the freezer section has about the same amount of space as my old freezer but the sections are wider. There are storage shelves on both doors and shelves inside with drawers also. The lights are bright and you can control the humidity separately in the drawers. You can also adjust the temperature in different parts of the fridge and freezer. It has an alarm that goes off if you have any of the drawers open to long. The ice maker is stored in the door but I think that having it there means your not able to have as much ice as my old freezer used to store. My favorite part of the fridge is the flex drawer. That is a game changer. You can adjust the compartments and store a variety of stuff. We use it for drinks and it's really convenient to refill. The freezer has two deep compartments and a pull out drawer at the top which is really convenient for smaller items. We have plenty of room for a big ice cream cake, frozen pizzas, and all of our normal freezer stuff. I absolutely love this refrigerator. No regrets! Buy one and you will love it too! The delivery people were amazing and didn't hesitate to take the doors and drawers completely off to get it in my narrow door on my house. They put it all back together perfectly, hooked up the water and confirmed everything was working before they left.

My heart was filled with astonishment when this refrigerator came to my house. It's like a goddess that keeps on staring and standing tall in front of me. This French Door refrigerator (28 cu. ft. Ultra-Large Capacity) has so many rooms to put all my groceries! Almost all shelves are adjustable so it will be easy for me to put and organize my groceries depending on their uses or sizes. The FlexZone Drawer is an amazing way to organize my groceries plus it has an adjustable temperature setting that I can access and control thru my phone. I also like the idea that I can adjust the level of humidity for the vegetable and fruits because of its Twin Cooling Plus Technology. Lastly, its LED Lighting makes everything more amazing and sophisticated. Up to this point, I am still amazed at the complexity of its design from inside and out. It is almost next to perfection. Thank you, Samsung! You never fail to amaze me!

We were not sure what to expect from the layout of this fridge but, having had it for about a week now I can say that we both love it. Our previous fridge was a side by side and always felt cramped inside, having to move food around to find what you need. Not with this fridge. This fridge allows for better organization of food and finding things is much easier with the size of the upper refrigerator. Samsung's flex zone is amazing. This area allows for a way to organize drinks, cheeses, meats, and yogurts. The divider is very handy allowing for both back and forth adjustment, as well as side to side and can be locked in place. Having the flexibility to move the divider to meet your needs is nice to have. My husband and I were worried about switching to this type of fridge layout as it seemed like less space initially. However, we started moving food into it and we found out we could fit everything needed and organization was much nicer than the side by side. The top drawer in the freezer is great to get quick access to smaller items that can be easily organized. The fridge has wireless built-in, so we downloaded the Samsung SmartThings app. My husband setup the fridge in the app and was able to set temperatures for the refrigerator, freezer, and the flex zone drawer. We could also turn the ice maker on and off from the app as well. The app will send you a notification if a door is left open on the unit as well. We are both very happy with the purchase and truly love how this Samsung fridge has made our kitchen a smarter and better organized place.

i've had this fridge since may 2020. i haven't had a single issue with it. it's beautiful, spacious, bright, and has great functionality. the ice maker and water dispenser are great - i use both every single day. i couldn't recommend this fridge enough!

I purchased this refrigerator in April after my previous Samsung's cooling system failed. While I was recommended not to purchase another Samsung, as there are issues with its cooling system, I needed a fridge ASAP and this was my best in-stock option. It is essentially the same as my other fridge less the in-door sparkling water dispenser. However, it is now November, and the dispenser flap keeps opening and closing, which has caused my fridge's sensors to go haywire along with now having no ice or water. Called customer service, and there are no available techs in my area. So while they are now providing a full refund (after multiple calls and waiting to get ahold of service reps), I have to go through the hassle of finding a new fridge and having it delivered and installed. I like the look and design of Samsung over the other brands, but their quality is seriously lacking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old fridge still mechanically functioned great, but all the inside and door shelves were cracked or completely broken. I was excited when my wife told me about the Samsung 4-door French Door Refrigerator with Flexzone Drawer. I like everything about the new fridge, but my favorite part is the Flexzone Drawer. The extra room is great, and you can adjust it to make it fit whatever you are storing. The groceries that we moved from our old fridge to the new Samsung barely filled it up, there is so much more space. We avoided buying somethings before due to space issues, not an issue anymore. I did not even realize the first day we had it, but the shelf next to the icemaker lifts up to accommodate taller pitchers and one side of the middle shelf slides in to give you more storage options. All of the drawers open very smoothly, and it seems like it has a great seal. I like the small size of the ice and that my kid can be locked out of it lol. The freezer has adjustable settings that I can change from my phone, I even get notified when the door gets left open too long. I am incredibly happy with the Samsung 4-door French Door Refrigerator with Flexzone Drawer.

purchased this fridge in november 2019. we started having problems in july 2020, samsung sent a tech and a repair was made. a month later and our fridge was failing to hold a temperature lower than 50 degrees. samsung sent another tech, more troubleshooting, and the samsung tech and phone support couldn't figure it out. they sent the issue to "engineering" with a promise to return in a week. they returned, replaced parts, and it still didn't resolve it. they sent it to "engineering" again. at this point, it has been over a month since i have been able to use the fridge. i called samsung again, and they are refunding my money. the refund of my purchase price is approximately $1200 less than the current selling price of the same exact model today. samsung has said oh well. never again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Can I be in love with a major appliance?! Never happened before, but I do love my new Samsung 4-Door Refrigerator. First of all, it is beautiful, especially with the fingerprint resistant Stainless Steel finish. I also love the produce drawers inside that are so roomy, but also they ergonomically slide up and out. Also the handles to the freezer and flex drawers, they gently lift up, unlatching them and then just glide open. Amazing design! I am also happy that there is no water catching slotted plate under the water/ice dispenser to get dirty . It is just a small, nicely designed sort of well to catch any spilled water. Also, the shelves are adjustable, just slide them back if you need more space. This is truly a thoughtfully-designed refrigerator. I absolutely love it!
