love the black stainless steel, 4 drawers, especially the flex drawer. frig is large enough for a family of 4-6. the food showcase is a nice plus. and, the auto fill ptcher is a nice benefit. but, the pitcher leaks when pouring water. the replacement pitcher sent by the expert leaked out of the box. changing the water filter is problematic. turning the water line off is difficult as the shut off valve is behind the refrigerator. the frig lacks wheels on the front so it does not slide. moving it is not possible for an elder female. this is unlike my previous samsung, which had a button for temporary water shut down inside the frig. clearly the new style is a design flaw.

after 1 yr of use this fridge has excellent cooling/recovery when we load it up from a shopping run, or when we do a big family dinner. not so good is the ice dispenser, no feedback from the buttons, and the ice container must be up against the dispenser or ice flies out from the dispenser. worse is the design of the bottom glass. need 2 people and a small blade screwdriver to pry the locking tabs in to release the bottom glass. very, very difficult to remove.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very good features. Work great so far. The only issue we had is that the light on flex zone drawer went out after about 3 months. After 3 visits and a door replacement, Samsung was able to resolve the issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a great fridge having lots of fridge space and good ice maker. The best part is the flexzone drawer which holds so much stuff, and is easy to just slide out and pop in bottles of soda, cans of protien shakes, cheese, water bottles, butter, margarine, desserts, and anything you can imagine which had no real space in traditional refrigerators. I like it very much. It looks very impressive in person and is really a giant of a fridge. It does resist fingerprints, and cleans easily with a wet towel. I adjusted the shelves to hold milk gallons on the lowest shelf as me and my family are not too tall and cannot put gallons on the top shelf. So far, I like all the space it has on the shelves and can hold three layers of containers because it is deep and that is great. The only things I do not like are the ice maker drip tray./spill catcher. It is flat and if water spills , it just flows down. There should be a removable 1-2 inch tray so that the spills can be cleaned and do not run down the fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife picked this one out bece likes the double doors on the top, and the Flex-Zone Drawer works out great for drinks. My 7 year old grandson is always getting a Gatorade from the drawer, drinking a little then putting it away to stay cold. Saves having to open the whole refrigerator door over and over again. Choice of ice cubs or crushed along with water in the door is a fantastic feature. The lower Freezer Drawer has a ton or space. We love this unit. I would buy it again if I was looking for a new one.

very nice refrigerator. spacious -along with the shelf lift adding more space. the icemaker /water dispensing unit could definitely use a cover. you must ensue that the handles are on tight otherwise they will pop off. if they do pop off, they can easily be reinstalled until a service call is made. my service call was timely, professional and well knowledgeable about all facets of the item.

Where to start?!? This refrigerator is perfect! Starting with the FlexZone drawer which is the most convenient feature in this refrigerator and what sets this apart from the others I've seen! We go through alot of bottles and cans and it usually is the hardest to store but now I'm able to keep everything cool while not taking away space in the actual refrigerator. The fingerprint resistant outside is so convenient because lets be real nobody likes to clean and who thinks to wipe down the refrigerator, thanks Samsung!!! One of my favorite fruits are watermelons but it is so difficult to store in standard refrigerators but with the adjustable shelves I can fit full size melons right in the refrigerator!! Honestly I didn't think I would appreciate a larger refrigerator but this 28 cu ft has changed my views! Last but not least the ice maker makes enough ice for 2 full coolers, I'm ready for summer!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this fridge for about 3 months now. The shelves are decent size and the ability to move and adjust them is great. The water dispenser is big enough to fit the huge water bottles we now all carry. The pull out snack/chill a drink in record speed drawer is awesome. It can tend to freeze things if you have the temperature a little low. The freezer is a great size with 2 areas, one side for meats and the other for fruits and veggies and the lunch boxes. The French doors are great and even with only one side open you can still access most of the fridge. The crisper drawers work great and our produce lasts a long time. The water comes out fast and switches from water to ice easily. A couple of the door shelves are a little awkward in size but fits those wierd jars of things like curry. We are a family of 5 and the fridge is pretty tough.
