I love the convenience of the flex drawer , the freezer drawer with inside drawer...and the whole lay out. Our vegetables stay fresh so much longer than other refrigerators we have had. Totally pleased with our choice.

this is a great frigerator, there is a lot of room and the deli shelf is wonderful. it has a great look and is easy to take care of. the finger resistant exterior is easy to keep clean. the glass shelfs are adjustable and easy to clean. but if your not careful small items will fall off the back because the shelfs dont go all the way to the wall ?the two things that would make it a five star frig is that the shelves on the door are not adjustable at all! the large area were you would put a gallion of milk is nice but it would be nicer if it were enclosed to keep the milk colder. the most negitive aspect about this frigerator is the ice maker is small and as if that wasn't bad enough it is slow. this could of been a great refrigerator with some minor tweaks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There's a lot of things to talk about regarding our new Samsung 28 Cu. ft. Door Refrigerator. First of all, let me start with FlexZone Drawer, I have never seen a refrigerator that has flexible storage and with 4 temperature settings that I can control over my phone. I love the fact that I don't have to worry if my vegetables and fruits will be frozen. I can also adjust the humidity level on the cabinet where I can put the fruits and vegetables. Some items like wine are so delicate that it needs to put in a certain temperature because the taste can change badly. Secondly, I like that it has adjustable shelves and I can shrink some of them if I need more or taller space. It is very easy to adjust and it doesn't take so much effort to do it. Thirdly, I also like the fact that it can make ice as much twice compared to the one that used to have. It makes me feel that I am always ready to party! In addition, I like the idea that it's fingerprint resistant since I have 4 kids at home! No need to wipe it's surface all the time. There are more reasons why I like my new refrigerator but I can only say one thing, If it's from Samsung, it always comes with PERFECTION!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When i finally got my frig, its was appealing, had lots of room. the inside shelvess i like are adjustable to fit larger items. it takes a bit longer at first to cool to right temperature. once it cools its great, the flex drawer is the best for drinks, keeps the at the perfect temp. i will highly recommend this frig to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always loved Samsung because they are a reputable company that makes beautiful quality made products and they did not disappoint with my 28cu Feet 4-Door French Door Refrigerator with Flexzone Drawer. The style alone is beautiful and looks amazing in any kitchen. The sleek design is trendy and modern. I love that the stainless steel front is fingerprint resistant meaning they wipe away effortlessly. Which is great with my home filled with my large family. Installing was a breeze and the refrigerator was up and running in a few hours. We are in love with the Flexzone drawer! The drawer is the one in the middle and it can be changed for beverages, meats, and deli at this time we use it for all of our beverages and it keeps them very cold! The drawer is filled completely with bottle drinks and all of the drinks are evenly chilled at a perfect temperature. The main portion is a nice size and every piece of empty space is used which I love. Even around the ice machine is open areas to put small condiments. The trays as well move for larger items and one of the top shelves you can push up to use for larger items such as a cake you may have bought or that turkey at Thanksgiving you thought you had no space for. The filter for the refrigerator I believe is in a amazing place that I have never seen before and it is in the top front of the refrigerator making it much easier to change your filter. The ice maker is nice, I do wish that there was a tray at the bottom to catch ice and grime to make it for easier clean-up, however that is my only complaint with this refrigerator which is nothing and the reason it deserves the five stars! The ice maker does make ice cubed and crushed. The water can be locked that way if you have little hands in your house like I do the water can't be pushed over and over again! The temperature controls are in the door on the right and nice and bright. They are very simple to use and you can also add the app SimpleThings which is Samsung's app to control your refrigerators temperature and it will tell you when a filter is needed. The freezer is a double drawer freezer that is huge! It has a divider in the top which you can adjust as well as in the Flexzone Drawer. This is great because you can make your drawers how you want them to be. As you can see this refrigerator is amazing and I obviously love mine! I highly suggest one if you are in the need of a new refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Though I don't think about how I use the fridge on a day to day basis I did like a few notable features on the RF28R7201SR/AA. First of all setting up the temperatures for the fridge were a breeze. On top of that the smart apps door notification is a great way of finding out when my wife has started dinner or is getting a snack... I usually like to steal some of her snacks. My wife has a Samsung phone to use the Bixby controls but she told me it isn't really useful since it takes her to the smart app she can check herself. The finish says its "fingerprint resistant" but it's not smudge resistant. So if you have anything on your fingers or hands it will show up but you can wipe it off. The FlexZone drawer is also a nice feature, it lets you put items that you might not want in the fridge or just as quick access to drinks. You can even set the temp to what you want it to be for those items. Overall the fridge has a useful and modern design that most people might like.

First of all, it is huge and holds everything we need plus still has space for more. When we moved things from our old fridge to this one, we couldn't believe how much more this fridge could hold. Love the stainless steel look and the fingerprint resistant surface. Although, you can still see some water stains and such, it is much better than other stainless steel appliances that have fingerprints all over all the time! Also, love the locking feature on the water dispenser, not only for young fingers from wasting water but also if we need to clean the area, it is easy to just lock the dispenser and clean easily. Also, love the chime when the fridge or freezer door is left open too long as my kids are notorious for getting snacks and leaving the door open costing us in energy bills! Also, my kids love the Flex Zone drawer for ease of access in getting their snacks and we love they are not constantly opening the whole fridge to get their snacks and drinks. It's the perfect size for their snacks and we love the ability to change the compartments to fit different snacks The only drawback I felt was the size of the freezer and the difficult of finding and reaching for things in a bottom freezer. I wish the Flexzone at times can be adjusted to use as a freezer so that when we need more space, we can use that drawer for a freezer as well. Hopefully that is an easy change since currently the Flexzone drawer can be adjusted down to 30*C. Overall, we are really happy with our beautiful looking and extremely functional fridge. We can see ourselves using it forever for our growing family!!

It is very roomy with adjustable shelves, the crisper retains moisture to keep your produce fresh, there is a FlexZone draw that can be used as a refrigerator or more freezer space if you desire, the ice maker is tucked out of the way and easy to use, the led lighting is gorgeous, love the alarm that sounds when you leave the door open and most of all I love the finger print resistant design, I really haven't had to wipe it down since I had it. The stainless steel surface does not attract finger prints from the kids and feels smooth and glossy to the touch. The drawers and doors all open quietly and close quietly without slamming shut. The inside is well lit with multiple LED lights strategically placed throughout the cabin. The shelves are adjustable and can be moved to accommodate any size items you may like to place inside your refrigerator. The setup was simple and everything there is about the refrigerator is nearly self explanatory keeping it easy for anyone to operate whether it be switching from ice to water on the front dispenser or adjusting the temperature inside based on what items you want to keep chilled. Overall, this refrigerator is a great upgrade and recommended for anyone who may be looking to enhance not only their look inside the house but also the functionality they may be missing from their current product.
