The fold-up shelf does not look steady hope it does not break. The middle drawer is good. Other shelf design lack of innovation. Customer service is great. Missed end cap on one of the handle and the issue was promptly resolved, exceeding my expectation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our new refrigerator about a month ago and it's been great. The extra refrigerator drawer is our favorite thing. And this Thanksgiving was a pleasure thanks to the space and efficiency of our Samsung Refrigerator.

I purchased mine elsewhere but want people to know this IS an excellent refridgerator. you have to make sure the temperatures are set correctly. the most amazing feature of mine are the freezer draws. so much easier to find things with drawers! and as Im old I need EASY. the most frustrating thing is that its heavy and though it is supposed to have wheels I could not get mine hooked up to water because the movers backed it against the wall and the plumber said they are not allowed to move these types of fridges because can gouge the floor. There is a video that indicates putting cardboard under the four corners will make it easy to move but only forward or backward. that would be fine with me but Im 64. how would I get cardboard under the wheels? so, my advice to you all is make sure your mover leaves 4-8 inches behind your fridge so the plumber can reach and have them put cardboard under the four corners for you. WHY an appliance with wheels should need cardboard to move is beyond me but apparently ALL the giant fridges require this. I do not regret this purchase. I will find a plumber who can do his job. best appliance I ever spent way too much money on. and I love it.

After hearing about the FlexZone Drawer I knew I had to give this fridge a chance, and I am so glad I did. No pun intended, but this thing is cool. The FlexZone really is the selling feature. It offers a customizability that I have never had in a fridge before. The temperature can be toggled between four settings depending on your needs: 41, 37, 34, and 30 degrees. It's spacious and has different sized sections that make it easy to organize. The only downside is that I found it difficult to figure out how to switch between temperatures. The manual didn't make it clear to me that the controls had to be unlocked by holding down the alarm button for a few seconds. This could be a good feature to avoid accidental bumping, but it can be a little confusing. Besides that, the controls are great. They have a clean, modern look that matches the rest of the fridge. The stainless steal finish looks lovely, and I love how bright the lighting is. I can see everything, even in a pitch black room. The shelves are nicely organized. Half of the top shelf can be flipped up, and this is great for taller bottles and containers. The water dispenser has shelves that wrap around it for smaller items, wasting much less space than I've seen in other models.. The drawers open cleanly and smoothly, and they seem to pull back in automatically when close to closing. My drawers will no longer be accidentally left open. Both the fridge and freezer use space well to make it easy to organize. The doors secure well, so we don't have to worry about losing temperature to the environment. Even if you do leave it open (like we kept doing when restocking and examining it on day one), an alarm will go off to alert you to close it. Of course there is a button to turn this off, if you'd prefer not to use the setting. The only thing that's hard to get used to is the drawer handles for the freezer and FlexZone lifting up when you pull on them to open. This can feel a little odd if you're not used to it. Any negatives I've found for this refrigerator are minor, and I think this fridge works rather perfectly. This is my first Samsung refrigerator, and I am impressed. Samsung has a new fan, and I would definitely recommend this appliance. I love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an incredible refrigerator. It has so much room in it. We especially love the middle drawer under the french doors. This is a place that you put all kinds of things for little hands. We put drinks in there for our kids. They are able to reach things they want without having to open the whole refrigerator. The water tap and ice machine work great. The water is very tasty and cold when it comes out. This refrigerator allows us to store so much food in it and the second shelf adjusts so we can put tall items like milk or other drinks there. There is also a pull out drawer in the freezer that allows you to store things and make it easy to find. The only negative about this model is that pockets in the doors are very small and don't hold very much.

The interior is perfectly lit and the adjustable shelves make this Samsung French door refrigerator a must have.

nice looking refrigerator that meets our needs. the water dispenser is a bit slow but adequate. the shelf with the sliding glass lays on a ledge to the right and is not locked into place thereby easily displaced. generally an acceptable refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Due to a logistics problem I just received the Samsung French door refrigerator with Flex Zone drawer, model RF28R7201SR/AA today at 2:15 pm. Once it was installed I followed the delivery instructions to clean the inside before putting any food inside. All the door bins were very well packaged and all the inside shelves were securely held in place to prevent movement during shipment. I noticed right away how quiet the fridge was as compared to my previous side by side. So far, although it's only been 5 hours since installation, everything seems to be operating properly. There is so much room inside and the milk fits nicely in the door. I really like how easy it is to set the controls with just a quick touch of my finger. The drawer within the freezer drawer Is perfect for frozen veggies and smaller items that used to get lost in the back of the side by side. The lights for both the freezer and refrigerator are so well lite it makes it very easy to dee and find items you are looking for. Looking forward to many years of dependable service from this Samsung appliance. I have a Samsung phone and QLED tv and am very happy with Samsung's quality. If I can I will continue this review

If I had my choice of any refrigerator on the market in the whole world, I would still pick this one. The ease of adjusting the shelves to accommodate larger/taller items while still having plenty of space behind that is outstanding. The flex drawer gives us so much more room. We love it!! The handles on the freezer and flex drawer are designed well. They swivel upwards, so there is less wear and tear. What a simple, yet perfect design. I feel there is so much more room than our old refrigerator. The design is very well thought out for the everyday family, but it looks so elegant.
