[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this fridge for about 3 months now. The shelves are decent size and the ability to move and adjust them is great. The water dispenser is big enough to fit the huge water bottles we now all carry. The pull out snack/chill a drink in record speed drawer is awesome. It can tend to freeze things if you have the temperature a little low. The freezer is a great size with 2 areas, one side for meats and the other for fruits and veggies and the lunch boxes. The French doors are great and even with only one side open you can still access most of the fridge. The crisper drawers work great and our produce lasts a long time. The water comes out fast and switches from water to ice easily. A couple of the door shelves are a little awkward in size but fits those wierd jars of things like curry. We are a family of 5 and the fridge is pretty tough.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always loved Samsung because they are a reputable company that makes beautiful quality made products and they did not disappoint with my 28cu Feet 4-Door French Door Refrigerator with Flexzone Drawer. The style alone is beautiful and looks amazing in any kitchen. The sleek design is trendy and modern. I love that the stainless steel front is fingerprint resistant meaning they wipe away effortlessly. Which is great with my home filled with my large family. Installing was a breeze and the refrigerator was up and running in a few hours. We are in love with the Flexzone drawer! The drawer is the one in the middle and it can be changed for beverages, meats, and deli at this time we use it for all of our beverages and it keeps them very cold! The drawer is filled completely with bottle drinks and all of the drinks are evenly chilled at a perfect temperature. The main portion is a nice size and every piece of empty space is used which I love. Even around the ice machine is open areas to put small condiments. The trays as well move for larger items and one of the top shelves you can push up to use for larger items such as a cake you may have bought or that turkey at Thanksgiving you thought you had no space for. The filter for the refrigerator I believe is in a amazing place that I have never seen before and it is in the top front of the refrigerator making it much easier to change your filter. The ice maker is nice, I do wish that there was a tray at the bottom to catch ice and grime to make it for easier clean-up, however that is my only complaint with this refrigerator which is nothing and the reason it deserves the five stars! The ice maker does make ice cubed and crushed. The water can be locked that way if you have little hands in your house like I do the water can't be pushed over and over again! The temperature controls are in the door on the right and nice and bright. They are very simple to use and you can also add the app SimpleThings which is Samsung's app to control your refrigerators temperature and it will tell you when a filter is needed. The freezer is a double drawer freezer that is huge! It has a divider in the top which you can adjust as well as in the Flexzone Drawer. This is great because you can make your drawers how you want them to be. As you can see this refrigerator is amazing and I obviously love mine! I highly suggest one if you are in the need of a new refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung 28 cu. ft. 3-Door French Door Refrigerator in Stainless Steel with AutoFill Water Pitcher, Fingerprint Resistant Stainless Steel is one big refrigerator. The first thing I noticed when they unloaded the refrigerator was how huge it was. This refrigerator is a 28.3 cubic foot giant. The refrigerator stands 68.88 inches tall, and 70 inches at the hinges. It is a standard depth refrigerator. The refrigerator comes with top French Doors and the handles needed to be assembled onto the fridge. The bottom half is the freezer. The freezer is very deep and holds a whopping 8.9 cubic feet of foods. There is a top drawer in the freezer, and a divider in the middle of the lower section to help separate your foods. The freezer is illuminated, and is LED. The refrigerator area is where this refrigerator shines. On the outside of the refrigerator you have the water / ice / crushed ice dispenser. The control pad is illuminated for you. On the inside of the left door, you have shelves and the self servicing water pitcher that holds filtered water, cooled. There are a total of three shelves. On the right hand side door, there are three shelves. The bottom shelves are deep enough to accept two (2) gallon milk containers. Doors can be opened independently of one another. With both doors open, now you can see just how really big this refrigerator is. Starting in the upper left hand corner, you have the ice maker. The lower lever allows you to pull the ice maker out to empty the bin or do maintenance on the ice chunks if necessary. You have to process 24 hours of ice before you can use it. Just dump and replace the bin. There are three main shelves in the refrigerator. The top shelf is split so you can raise the left hand side to fit bigger / taller items on the left side. The middle shelf has a slide so that the shelf becomes a half shelf and you can put taller items inside. Under the 3rd shelf are the two crisper bins that are very big and offer crisper control for humidity. Below those is another drawer bin that can be used to hold things like yogurt, cold cuts, cheeses, etc. The water filter replacement is conveniently located between the two crisper bins and is an easy twist removing process with a drip tray. The fit and finish on this refrigerator is awesome! It is a great refrigerator and I highly recommend it. I rate this refrigerator 5*s out of 5 all the way around. Just make sure it fits! It's that big.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Stainless Steel 28 cu. ft. 4-Door French Door Refrigerator is a really great. It's very spacious which is what my family needs. The lighting is bright. The handles on the refrigerator, flexzone drawer, and the freezer are all easy to use. The french doors on the refrigerator work great. One great feature I really like is that the refrigerator can link to the Smart Things app via wifi so that you can monitor the refrigerator. I also can lock/turn off the Water and Ice via the app as well as see what the setting/temperature is in the refrigerator, flexzone drawer, and the freezer. This is a great refrigerator that everyone could use.

Great Fridge - had LG last and hads numerous issues with it. Only reason giveg a 4 star is that there is a crazy design or engineering flaw when you attempt to want to remove the bottom shelf large glass for cleaning - it is newxt to impossible to do - the instructions are horrible - but it should be a simple task and one that Samsung should expect that consumers would need to dp (for cleaining under the glass - spill, crumbs, etc..). [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm EXCITED to announce that our Brand New refrigerator came a week ago!! The refrigerator is definitely the best addition to our kitchen. This Samsung refrigerator is so spacious and definitely and upgrade from our last one. As I was transferring everything from our old fridge that used to be packed after a trip to the grocery store, I could help but laugh at how the fridge looks so empty after grocery shopping now because of how big and spacious it is. We have two favorite features which are #1 the Flex Drawer and #2 is the WiFi feature. The Flex drawer is one of my favorites because we can use it 4 different ways. You can use it as a wine drawer, a deli drawer, a meat drawer and our favorite is to just load is up with sodas and waters under the beverage setting. It is something new that we are getting used too but it is AMAZING!!! Definitely the best purchase we've made so far.

The packaging was very good in protecting the fridge and it was easy to unbox. I opted for the stainless steel finish and the fridge looks elegant and adds a great look to my kitchen. The fridge itself has 4 doors, two for the refrigeration section, 1 for the flexizone drawer and 1 for freezer at bottom. I will start with freezer. The freezer is deep and spacious to store all my frozen foods. Sliding the freezer is so easy and can be done with one hand. It was able to make ice in my ice tray within 30 minutes in freezer. Moving on to the flexzone, this is a nice design. Good for the stuff "on-the-go" you can set 4 different temperatures in this flexzone. I can quickly access the food in the flex zone not having to open the main refrigerating section and the freezer, which I think is a very cool idea. Coming to the main refrigerating section, this is the most spacious of any refrigerators I had so far. I can accommodate my 2 weeks of food supply and still have lot of room. I find that the racks on the doors both are cleverly designed not to waste any storage space. I was able to fit in all milk, sauces, butter and condiments on the side shelves. The temperature control is conveniently located in the middle half section of the fridge. It has the nice feature to lock the controls when not in use. Here I was able to easily control the temperature, Bixby smart feature configuration, flex zone temperature. Let me talk about the smart features a bit here. I was able to set the fridge in AP mode by holding the buttons on the control pad inside the fridge then using the Samsung smart things app added the fridge as one of the devices. What is the benefit of this? a lot of benefits actually. Now I can view and change the temperature settings using my app remotely. I have a couple of Samsung televisions in my home, so now I can see a notification on the TV screen if a door is opened/closed. Also sometimes my kids forget to the fridge door, so I get notified on the TV screen about that. Nice feature. I never thought my fridge would be so smart. By the way, I still have the option of the chime that goes off if the fridge door is left open. The fridge is so quiet and energy efficient. I am so happy with my purchase and I would recommend this great refrigerator to my friends and family. Great job Samsung!

The stainless steel surface does not attract finger prints from the kids and feels smooth and glossy to the touch. The drawers and doors all open quietly and close quietly without slamming shut. The inside is well lit with multiple LED lights strategically placed throughout the cabin. The shelves are adjustable and can be moved to accommodate any size items you may like to place inside your refrigerator. The setup was simple and everything there is about the refrigerator is nearly self explanatory keeping it easy for anyone to operate whether it be switching from ice to water on the front dispenser or adjusting the temperature inside based on what items you want to keep chilled. Overall, this refrigerator is a great upgrade and recommended for anyone who may be looking to enhance not only their look inside the house but also the functionality they may be missing from their current product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Though I don't think about how I use the fridge on a day to day basis I did like a few notable features on the RF28R7201SR/AA. First of all setting up the temperatures for the fridge were a breeze. On top of that the smart apps door notification is a great way of finding out when my wife has started dinner or is getting a snack... I usually like to steal some of her snacks. My wife has a Samsung phone to use the Bixby controls but she told me it isn't really useful since it takes her to the smart app she can check herself. The finish says its "fingerprint resistant" but it's not smudge resistant. So if you have anything on your fingers or hands it will show up but you can wipe it off. The FlexZone drawer is also a nice feature, it lets you put items that you might not want in the fridge or just as quick access to drinks. You can even set the temp to what you want it to be for those items. Overall the fridge has a useful and modern design that most people might like.
