[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our refrigerator was about ten years old and was ready to be moved to the garage. The new Samsung RF28R7201SR/AA 4 Door French Door is super nice. The stainless steel surface does not attract finger prints from the kids and feels smooth and glossy to the touch. The drawers and doors all open quietly and close quietly without slamming shut. The inside is well lit with multiple LED lights strategically placed throughout the cabin. The shelves are adjustable and can be moved to accommodate any size items you may like to place inside your refrigerator. The setup was simple and everything there is about the refrigerator is nearly self explanatory keeping it easy for anyone to operate whether it be switching from ice to water on the front dispenser or adjusting the temperature inside based on what items you want to keep chilled. Overall, this refrigerator is a great upgrade and recommended for anyone who may be looking to enhance not only their look inside the house but also the functionality they may be missing from their current product.

We couldn't have been more thrilled when they carted away the old 25 cu.ft. relic from the last century, and setup the new 28 cu. ft. Samsung stainless beauty that now serves our household perfectly. First - this thing is mammoth on the inside! The difference of only 3 cu. ft. is amazing. While the old fridge was packed full with the food you see in the photos, there was ample space remaining in the refrigerator compartment after we transferred everything. The freezer was a bit fuller, but still had space for more too. Second - this is versatile! There are some very well thought-out features and configuration options to accommodate different sizes of products. I removed a drawer from the side door, so it could accommodate my homemade wine, as well as the milk jugs perfectly, but otherwise this works for me just as it was. The silder shelf on the lower right was a great idea for when something is just too tall to fit anywhere else! For the middle "flexzone" drawer, I love the option to switch between deli, meat, and beverages & having the unit optimize the temperature for each Third - this speaks to the tech enthusiast in me. There's something comforting knowing that with a glance at the smarthome app, you can check if your kids (once again) left the refrigerator door open! Or adjust the temperature, or increase ice output, or add to a shopping list, or... no, really it's checking that the kids shut the door! Ha! The audible alarm is great too if you're near enough to hear it - and it's loud enough that we did hear it while in the back yard. Fourth - while this isn't the most efficient refrigerator, you are able to monitor the daily/weekly/monthly kWh consumption. There are diagnostics that can be run, but having this as a backup will be an early alert if something ever needs attention or maintenance. Fifth - the style on the model is beautiful: minimalist exterior and high tech interior. The interior LED lighting is a great color temperature and the humidity controlled crisper drawers are a feature I never knew I was missing! I was a bit concerned that coming from such an old model replacement, that I may be overly effusive in my review - but my in-laws have a refrigerator with a similar size & configuration, and even they commented this one feels bigger & better put together than theirs! All in all, a solid model & great fridge that I'm thrilled with!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The excitement continued to build about receiving our Samsung refrigerator. After a few trips to local places to check out how it would look, we were ready for delivery. When it arrived we had to take down our front door to get it in the house. Once in, my wife was very satisfied. The French doors are easy to open and the flex drawer in the middle is nice to hold drinks. The freezer on the bottom opens up smoothly and has multiple areas to put frozen products. The fridge is well lit upon opening and even beeps when left open after two minutes as we found out. I like that the fridge on the right hand side has a digital read out of the temperature so I can see that it is exactly 37 degrees inside the fridge. Their is also a temperature gauge for the deli and the freezer. The stainless steel on the fridge is only needed to be wiped down every so often. I unfortunately can't give a review on the ice maker and water filter because the line was broken when we went to hook up that part of the fridge. That is a feature my wife has waited 44 years she told me. We will get that taken care of and eventually have full use of our fridge. In the meantime we can enjoy all the space and looks of our new refrigerator. Samsung has delivered another great product.

I like the flex drawer that has it's own temperature control, we use it for sodas. I like how bright it is on the inside it makes it easy to see what I need. I like the fingerprint resistant outside. I like the fact that it can be connected with my phone to monitor if anything is left open, unfortunately I have an iPhone and can not connect to my phone.

I previously used a side by side that was 15 years old, is the same size from the outside as this new fridge but is much larger on the inside. I was pleasantly surprised with all of the compartments it comes with. There is plenty of space for all of my food, and the extra drawer is especially convenient for snacks and smaller items. The freezer is very easy to use. I was a bit worried about having to constantly bend over but it opens easily and it is easy to find what I am looking for. The ice-maker in the door is a game changer. I'm sure i'll be drinking more water from now on with how convenient it is. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase, it is a beautiful refrigerator and a welcome addition to my kitchen!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very spacious and quiet refrigerator. This is my second Samsung fridge. The sliding drawers make access to the freezer a big plus. The double doors are also a perfect design. I also just love the LED lighting throughout. It makes a huge difference.

Just recently purchased this fridge New Day 1/1/24 to replace my 10 yrd Amana after it died. Once I got this fridge home I had issues with the freeze not cooling all the way, seemed like the sensor for the freezer temp was off. After power cycling a few times, it finally started freezing properly. The next day it started making a growling noise in the fridge compartment that grew louder and louder each day (I'm pretty sure it's the fan in the fridge hitting the frozen compressor.) At this point, it just hums a bit and then stops every minute or so. Needless to say I'm sending it back, better safe than sorry. I own another Samsung fridge just like this one but a model older and in black stainless. Other than the "ice maker issues" everyone has faced it's been fantastic, but hey you win some you lose some.

My husband thought I got scammed, but we he finally seen the shiny stainless steel set up, he was excited. He said " I did excellent job on picking a refrigerator! " yaaaay me! My experience with the middle rack were bent inwards. I didnt want to wait any longer for another refrigerator, so I called Samsung and they stated they would send new shelves out for the refrigerator. I love our new refrigerator. I love the French doors, the fact that the freezer is at the bottom and the extra sliding shelf that's located inside of the freezer; it very spacious. My kids are enjoying the water and ice dispenser. The inside of the fridge is cool and refreshing. I love the lighting inside, the fact that Samsung has the 2 shelves that you can lift up and the other you can slide in so it could hold tall items is great! Samsung I must say you did and excellent job on this refrigerator! It's definitely better than our old refrigerator. Also you can connect it Bixby with your phone to adjust the temperature is cool; its exciting. My husband likes that fact that its fingerprints resistence. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone!
