[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this fridge around Sept. 2019 and the most amazing thing is how it's space is distributed. From the beverages to the vegies to the frozen food to the leftovers you are able to have everything on it's place and at the right temperature!!

we bought this fridge because it looked sleek and well made at the store. the french doors are convenient and the flexzone drawer is a nice feature to have so we can keep snacks in an area our kids can easily reach. the main drawback is that the little flap/door that opens when you get ice has broken twice within a 6 month period. the flap continually opens and closes 24 hours a day when it breaks and it requires a whole need refrigerator door. we thought after replacing the door the first time we would no longer run into any issues, but the problem resurfaced on the door within 3-4 months of being replaced. this makes me concerned about qc on samsung appliances in general if getting replacement parts does not truly resolve an issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Now that I've had this Samsung French door fridge with Flex Zone drawer for almost a week I have some additional comments. The led lighting throughout is wonderful. You can clearly see everything in all the drawers. No more dark areas! The ice is dispensed much faster and quieter than my previous fridge. The water is also dispensed faster and it tastes great. I'm very happy with the Flex Zone drawer. My beverages are nice and cold. I have 30 soft drinks and 24 cans of beer all in one easy to get to drawer. All the drawers close so easily. The outside stays nice and clean with no fingerprints. And the handles also stay clean. This is a well designed refrigerator.

The installation process went relatively smoothly although the installers had a hard time putting everything together after taking it apart to get in the door. It took over 2 hours to install. The RF28R7201SR/AA 28 cu. ft. 4-Door French Door Refrigerator with FlexZone™ Drawer in Stainless Steel offers a spacious interior in both the freezer and refrigerator sections however there are limitations on the flexibility of adjustability of shelves and keepers which is challenging if you have a number of larger items such as milk and juice. The flexzone drawer is great for the kid's juice boxes and snacks. The refrigerator cools appropriately and works well with no uneven cooling or moisture issues. The handles and drawers pull easily without issue. Our two year old is able to open the drawers to obtain drinks and snacks. The exterior finish is really nice although shows fingerprints and smudges. Overall, I would rank this a 4.5/5 with a deduction for the lack of adjustability.

My heart was filled with astonishment when this refrigerator came to my house. It's like a goddess that keeps on staring and standing tall in front of me. This French Door refrigerator (28 cu. ft. Ultra-Large Capacity) has so many rooms to put all my groceries! Almost all shelves are adjustable so it will be easy for me to put and organize my groceries depending on their uses or sizes. The FlexZone Drawer is an amazing way to organize my groceries plus it has an adjustable temperature setting that I can access and control thru my phone. I also like the idea that I can adjust the level of humidity for the vegetable and fruits because of its Twin Cooling Plus Technology. Lastly, its LED Lighting makes everything more amazing and sophisticated. Up to this point, I am still amazed at the complexity of its design from inside and out. It is almost next to perfection. Thank you, Samsung! You never fail to amaze me!

I purchased mine elsewhere but want people to know this IS an excellent refridgerator. you have to make sure the temperatures are set correctly. the most amazing feature of mine are the freezer draws. so much easier to find things with drawers! and as Im old I need EASY. the most frustrating thing is that its heavy and though it is supposed to have wheels I could not get mine hooked up to water because the movers backed it against the wall and the plumber said they are not allowed to move these types of fridges because can gouge the floor. There is a video that indicates putting cardboard under the four corners will make it easy to move but only forward or backward. that would be fine with me but Im 64. how would I get cardboard under the wheels? so, my advice to you all is make sure your mover leaves 4-8 inches behind your fridge so the plumber can reach and have them put cardboard under the four corners for you. WHY an appliance with wheels should need cardboard to move is beyond me but apparently ALL the giant fridges require this. I do not regret this purchase. I will find a plumber who can do his job. best appliance I ever spent way too much money on. and I love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator my family used for the past year was the one that came with the house when we purchased it from an estate; it was WELL used and falling apart. When we purchased the 28 cu. ft. 4-Door French Door Refrigerator with FlexZone™ Drawer in Stainless Steel, it was an absolute game changer for my kitchen and my life. We had to do a slight modification to our cabinets in order for it to fit in previous fridge's spot, but this wasn't much of an issue as we plan on eventually remodeling the entire kitchen. The first time we opened the fridge, after plugging it in and waiting about an hour, was glorious and the amount of space is incredible. On the right side of the fridge it clearly indicates the temperatures of the refrigerator, freezer, and flex zone compartments. Here, you are also able to easily change the set temperatures with complete ease. I have found the Flex Zone compartment works great to store snacks for my 3 year old who loves opening up his own special area of the fridge. The best feature, in my opinion, is the water dispenser and ice maker. I have been using this numerous times throughout the day now, to point that I have significantly cut down on my soft drink consumption. Having constant access to ice cold water without losing out on space in my fridge, has been life-changing. I could not be happier with my purchase and marvel at it every time I even walk into my kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an amazing refrigerator. Not only does it look great, but it is excellent from a technological perspective. The external ice and water functionality is top notch and located at the perfect height and in the perfect place. Sometimes refrigerators with external water sources leave leaks and water behind. Not this one! The inside of the refrigerator is roomy. The flex-drawer is great for storing deli food (or produce) at the optimal temperature. The freezer opens easily and has enough space to store all of the extra food we need to keep regularly for our whole family. I love the fingerprint resistant doors, especially with a toddler. And the ability to lock the refrigerator from my phone to prevent our kids from getting into after dinner is a great perk! The refrigerator has a beeping signal that lets us know when the doors have been open for too long (or aren't closed) that is very useful. The app that comes with the refrigerator is very user friendly and took no time at all to set up and use. I would highly recommend this refrigerator to anyone, but especially for families because of how big it is inside and for all of the family-friendly features it provides.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really like the FlexZone drawer, makes finding things like cheese, snacks and fruits really easy without heating up the main part of the refrigerator. Lots of room and lots of adjustability with the shelves. Ice-maker makes a lot of ice but the auger system for dispensing ice through the door needs some improvement, not very fast at dispensing ice especially if you want crushed. Doesn't do a very good job at crushing ice either. Also, there is about a 2 second delay before the dispenser starts after pushing the dispenser leaver. Pulling the ice bin out is cumbersome. The Wi-Fi functions are novel but I don't find it very useful. The twin-cooling works great, keeps each compartment at just the right temperature. Overall, I would recommend this refrigerator in spite of the minor ice-maker glitches.
