[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our 8 yr. old Samsung 3-door refrigerator had an issue with water collecting under the deli drawer and turning to ice, so we decided to take the plunge and upgrade to the newer 4-Door model. I wondered if the 4th door was a gimmick OR if it would really be useful. Well, to my surprise, the 4th door is a game-changer and very useful with added temp. control for that zone. This new model seems to have the following added benefits: 1. Lighting is better and brighter. Deli drawer and freezer lighting are both great. 2. Digital controls moved to the inside of the refrigerator gives a cleaner look. 3. Water and ice dispenser is MUCH better since the opening is taller (easier to fit my Hydro Flask bottle under) and the water discharge is now straight down instead of shooting water at a slight backward angle. 4. The stainless steel on this model does actually show fewer fingerprints!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Samsung French door refrigerator after 12yrsof enjoying my first Samsung French door fridge and receiving compliments from everyone.This fridge has all the storage space you'll ever need.Everyone loves the beverage drawer and the large freezer.The stainless steel face really adds a beautiful touch to our kitchen. The interior is perfectly lit and the adjustable shelves make this Samsung French door refrigerator a must have.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With our old refrigerator constantly whining and breaking down we knew we needed a new one with lots of room for tall and wide items. This Samsung model doesn't disappoint, it has many options for removing or sliding shelves to accommodate larger items, even 1 shelf that flips up quickly and easily! There are plenty of door shelves with lots of room for almost anything you want including one that fits gallon jugs. There are even a couple drawers that wrap around the ice maker making use of that area unlike other brands I've seen. The coolest feature is the flex zone drawer that has the option to change the temperature to what you are using it for such as: deli food, beverages, meat, and wine! It's easy to organize anything you put in it due to the divider being easy to move and lock in place. The freezer is nice since it has a deep space for larger items and a sliding drawer for smaller items that may be accessed more such as how we use it for ice packs, popsicles etc. Overall the design makes sense for easy use and space for large items. It's also very quiet other than a hissing or puff of air sound when it's cooling down after being open for too long or when you first install it. I don't know if that is the Twin Cooling or just the sound it makes in general. After all of that my favorite feature that isn't inside the fridge is actually pairing it to the SmartThings app! You can see in real time if the door is open, the temperature of the fridge, freezer and flex zone. You also have control to turn off or on the ice maker as well as power cooling or freezing. You can even see the status of the water filter and a couple of other options too. I love that we have a new working fridge and that we chose this model, I can't wait to see how much I can fill it with and how easy it will be to clean for years to come!

purchased this fridge in november 2019. we started having problems in july 2020, samsung sent a tech and a repair was made. a month later and our fridge was failing to hold a temperature lower than 50 degrees. samsung sent another tech, more troubleshooting, and the samsung tech and phone support couldn't figure it out. they sent the issue to "engineering" with a promise to return in a week. they returned, replaced parts, and it still didn't resolve it. they sent it to "engineering" again. at this point, it has been over a month since i have been able to use the fridge. i called samsung again, and they are refunding my money. the refund of my purchase price is approximately $1200 less than the current selling price of the same exact model today. samsung has said oh well. never again.

we bought this fridge because it looked sleek and well made at the store. the french doors are convenient and the flexzone drawer is a nice feature to have so we can keep snacks in an area our kids can easily reach. the main drawback is that the little flap/door that opens when you get ice has broken twice within a 6 month period. the flap continually opens and closes 24 hours a day when it breaks and it requires a whole need refrigerator door. we thought after replacing the door the first time we would no longer run into any issues, but the problem resurfaced on the door within 3-4 months of being replaced. this makes me concerned about qc on samsung appliances in general if getting replacement parts does not truly resolve an issue.

I absolutely love this fridge ! Let me start off by talking about the size , there are four people in our household one being a teenager . We have always had issues with room in our fridge , this fridge took all my worries away . It is very spacious ! From the fridge to the freezer we have more than enough room . The kids absolutely love the crushed ice option on the dispenser , they are using it 24/7 . Another plus is the location of the filter for the water /ice , it is right in the front and very easily accessible . I love the fact that it's wifi enabled so I can monitor or adjust freezer / fridge temperatures via the “Samsung smart things “ app . You can also enable a door alarm just Incase the little ones do not close the door all the way . I would highly recommend this fridge to anyone looking for a Cadillac in your kitchen . The only downfall to having this beauty is that it makes the rest of my appliances look bad .

very nice refrigerator. spacious -along with the shelf lift adding more space. the icemaker /water dispensing unit could definitely use a cover. you must ensue that the handles are on tight otherwise they will pop off. if they do pop off, they can easily be reinstalled until a service call is made. my service call was timely, professional and well knowledgeable about all facets of the item.
