I just received our new Samsung refrigerator and all I can say is wow! Everything about this fridge/freezer is amazing, from the massive pull out freezer to the quickly adjustable shelves in the refrigerator. I think my favorite feature though definitely is the flex zone drawer. The ability to change the temperature based on what you need is going to be a real game changer for all of our summer cookouts. It's very handy having the refrigerator hooked in to the smart things app allowing me to adjust the temperature as needed and to let me know when I leave the door open. I highly highly reccomend this refrigerator to anyone that's in the market for a new appliance. From all of its features to just how good it looks, it can't be beat.

i've had this fridge since may 2020. i haven't had a single issue with it. it's beautiful, spacious, bright, and has great functionality. the ice maker and water dispenser are great - i use both every single day. i couldn't recommend this fridge enough!

The flex zone drawer is amazing because I can store different items at different temperatures. This allows the food to last longer because it is specific to its need. The shelves are adjustable which is great for taller items such as drinks. This fridge is a great investment which will save you money and your food will last longer. I love how it is fingerprint resistant because everyone in the house loves to touch the doors. This allows for minimal cleaning and a great look. It is amazing how much ice it can produce. The hot days are coming, and we need ice every single day. This is a fridge that can keep up with the high demand. Overall I love this fridge and recommend it to everyone!

We've owned this fridge for over 2yrs now. At first absolutely in love with it, the look and storage capacity was great. But after a few months we noticed the ice machine isnt as productive as it was at first. We own a old home and this was an issue with a previous fridge but after updating the water line and getting it all checked out its just a fridge issue the water stream is not the same its very slow we hardly use it the ice production is even worse. We have other family member with this fridge and it seems we all have the same issues

The amount of room and options to store different sized items in the adjustable shelves are endless. The flex drawer is magical. It can be used for extra fridge or freezer storage based on your needs.... at the touch of a button! It took almost no time at all for the fridge to regulate temp and the freezer quickly followed. We absolutely love our Samsung refrigerator and highly recommend this fridge!

This Samsung refrigerator is so spacious and definitely and upgrade from our last one. As I was transferring everything from our old fridge that used to be packed after a trip to the grocery store, I could help but laugh at how the fridge looks so empty after grocery shopping now because of how big and spacious it is. We have two favorite features which are #1 the Flex Drawer and #2 is the WiFi feature. The Flex drawer is one of my favorites because we can use it 4 different ways. You can use it as a wine drawer, a deli drawer, a meat drawer and our favorite is to just load is up with sodas and waters under the beverage setting. It is something new that we are getting used too but it is AMAZING!!! Definitely the best purchase we've made so far.

It's quiet and very spacious. After loading everything from my old fridge, I still had plenty of room leftover. It handles well and holds up to my grandkids constantly opening and closing the doors. These are the two items this refrigerator needs to be opened for, so I expect a significant savings by not having to open the French doors as often.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Due to a logistics problem I just received the Samsung French door refrigerator with Flex Zone drawer, model RF28R7201SR/AA today at 2:15 pm. Once it was installed I followed the delivery instructions to clean the inside before putting any food inside. All the door bins were very well packaged and all the inside shelves were securely held in place to prevent movement during shipment. I noticed right away how quiet the fridge was as compared to my previous side by side. So far, although it's only been 5 hours since installation, everything seems to be operating properly. There is so much room inside and the milk fits nicely in the door. I really like how easy it is to set the controls with just a quick touch of my finger. The drawer within the freezer drawer Is perfect for frozen veggies and smaller items that used to get lost in the back of the side by side. The lights for both the freezer and refrigerator are so well lite it makes it very easy to dee and find items you are looking for. Looking forward to many years of dependable service from this Samsung appliance. I have a Samsung phone and QLED tv and am very happy with Samsung's quality. If I can I will continue this review

I purchased mine elsewhere but want people to know this IS an excellent refridgerator. you have to make sure the temperatures are set correctly. the most amazing feature of mine are the freezer draws. so much easier to find things with drawers! and as Im old I need EASY. the most frustrating thing is that its heavy and though it is supposed to have wheels I could not get mine hooked up to water because the movers backed it against the wall and the plumber said they are not allowed to move these types of fridges because can gouge the floor. There is a video that indicates putting cardboard under the four corners will make it easy to move but only forward or backward. that would be fine with me but Im 64. how would I get cardboard under the wheels? so, my advice to you all is make sure your mover leaves 4-8 inches behind your fridge so the plumber can reach and have them put cardboard under the four corners for you. WHY an appliance with wheels should need cardboard to move is beyond me but apparently ALL the giant fridges require this. I do not regret this purchase. I will find a plumber who can do his job. best appliance I ever spent way too much money on. and I love it.
