[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just replaced 8 year old silver refrigerator, not samsung brand, with a new samsung silver faced refrigerator. I am very very pleased with this one. The extra middle drawer lets you store all sorts of options like butter, meats, and bacon; I love it. The temperature can easily be changed in this drawer to accommodate each of these options. I have never seen anything like the smart divider in a refrigerator before. It easily lets you customize the size of each section of the flex zone drawer. The shelves in the main compartment will flip up to accommodate tallers items. The freezer has a built in pull out drawer for extra items. The handles in the lower drawers are nice, and flip up when you pull them open. The twin cooling system ensures that my food stays fresh longer by keeping the cooling system for the fridge and freezer separate. It truly is fingerprint resistant, I had lots of fun testing this fact. The LED lighting is nice and bright. I'm always able to see everything in the fridge. It's cool that you can connect the refrigerator to wifi and control the temperature from an app on your phone. This is a fridge from the future. I really recommend this Samsung Refrigerator.

The interior is perfectly lit and the adjustable shelves make this Samsung French door refrigerator a must have.

After hearing about the FlexZone Drawer I knew I had to give this fridge a chance, and I am so glad I did. No pun intended, but this thing is cool. The FlexZone really is the selling feature. It offers a customizability that I have never had in a fridge before. The temperature can be toggled between four settings depending on your needs: 41, 37, 34, and 30 degrees. It's spacious and has different sized sections that make it easy to organize. The only downside is that I found it difficult to figure out how to switch between temperatures. The manual didn't make it clear to me that the controls had to be unlocked by holding down the alarm button for a few seconds. This could be a good feature to avoid accidental bumping, but it can be a little confusing. Besides that, the controls are great. They have a clean, modern look that matches the rest of the fridge. The stainless steal finish looks lovely, and I love how bright the lighting is. I can see everything, even in a pitch black room. The shelves are nicely organized. Half of the top shelf can be flipped up, and this is great for taller bottles and containers. The water dispenser has shelves that wrap around it for smaller items, wasting much less space than I've seen in other models.. The drawers open cleanly and smoothly, and they seem to pull back in automatically when close to closing. My drawers will no longer be accidentally left open. Both the fridge and freezer use space well to make it easy to organize. The doors secure well, so we don't have to worry about losing temperature to the environment. Even if you do leave it open (like we kept doing when restocking and examining it on day one), an alarm will go off to alert you to close it. Of course there is a button to turn this off, if you'd prefer not to use the setting. The only thing that's hard to get used to is the drawer handles for the freezer and FlexZone lifting up when you pull on them to open. This can feel a little odd if you're not used to it. Any negatives I've found for this refrigerator are minor, and I think this fridge works rather perfectly. This is my first Samsung refrigerator, and I am impressed. Samsung has a new fan, and I would definitely recommend this appliance. I love it!

The external ice and water functionality is top notch and located at the perfect height and in the perfect place. Sometimes refrigerators with external water sources leave leaks and water behind. Not this one! The inside of the refrigerator is roomy. The flex-drawer is great for storing deli food (or produce) at the optimal temperature. The freezer opens easily and has enough space to store all of the extra food we need to keep regularly for our whole family. I love the fingerprint resistant doors, especially with a toddler. And the ability to lock the refrigerator from my phone to prevent our kids from getting into after dinner is a great perk! The refrigerator has a beeping signal that lets us know when the doors have been open for too long (or aren't closed) that is very useful. The app that comes with the refrigerator is very user friendly and took no time at all to set up and use. I would highly recommend this refrigerator to anyone, but especially for families because of how big it is inside and for all of the family-friendly features it provides.

You know we followed the directions while setting up the ice maker, and it's never leaked. Some of my favorite things about it are how you can arrange the shelves so you can fit just about anything. It keeps milk cold in the door which if your a milk drinker you know is amazing. They freezer is huge plenty of room for milk and bread. We're a household of Samsung our phones, headphones, watches, washer and dryer, stove, and dishwasher. High quality products all of them.

I absolutely love this fridge ! Let me start off by talking about the size , there are four people in our household one being a teenager . We have always had issues with room in our fridge , this fridge took all my worries away . It is very spacious ! From the fridge to the freezer we have more than enough room . The kids absolutely love the crushed ice option on the dispenser , they are using it 24/7 . Another plus is the location of the filter for the water /ice , it is right in the front and very easily accessible . I love the fact that it's wifi enabled so I can monitor or adjust freezer / fridge temperatures via the “Samsung smart things “ app . You can also enable a door alarm just Incase the little ones do not close the door all the way . I would highly recommend this fridge to anyone looking for a Cadillac in your kitchen . The only downfall to having this beauty is that it makes the rest of my appliances look bad .

The double doors and large interior gives us enough space to keep ingredients for our planned meals, leftovers, and staples like milk, eggs, and juice. This refrigerator has helped us function better at meal times. Our children use both the refrigerator and freezer drawers all the time. They know the items are for them which allows me to focus more on preparing meals. I would certainly purchase the refrigerator again and recommend it to family and friends.
