I was concerned that the configuration of the shelves and doors might limit how to store items but it's worked out great. The drawer is fantastic! We put all of our drinks in there, soda, beer, etc and there's no need to open the whole fridge just for a drink. The ice maker leaves a bit to be desired compared to a previous fridge I had, it dispenses quite slowly, but overall I would definitely purchase again.

I like the flex drawer that has it's own temperature control, we use it for sodas. I like how bright it is on the inside it makes it easy to see what I need. I like the fingerprint resistant outside. I like the fact that it can be connected with my phone to monitor if anything is left open, unfortunately I have an iPhone and can not connect to my phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently we bought a new house and moved in. All our kitchen appliances are old, needing replacement. At our old house, we only had Samsung appliances which we loved. After moving in the first thing we wanted to replace was the refrigerator - one that has capacity for a family of 4, is stainless steel and fingerprint resistant as we have two little children that love to constantly touch the fridge. Once the refrigerator was delivered and installed (took only 30 minutes), we waited a couple of hours until we started to fill our new fridge again. Then we started to explore all the amazing features we just bought. The first feature we noticed was the FlexZone Drawer that caters for 4 different temperatures based on what you want to store - whether it be items from the deli or your favorite beverage. As we continued to organize the fridge we noticed that it has these convenient adjustable shelves that can either slide-in or flip-up allowing us to easily store those tall items that always seem to be a challenge. As I'm a tech guy, I resonated to the Wi-Fi features allowing me to use my smartphone to control the temperature and monitor it remotely. It's a very energy-efficient refrigerator including its LED lighting that beautifully lights up the unit allowing us to quickly spot what we need. Two other features which are really cool are the EZ-open handles that lifts up and glides out the drawer effortlessly and the Power cool function that quickly chills food or drinks. All refrigerators these days come with ice makers and an external dispenser. What's great about the one in this fridge is that it can store up to 4.2 pounds of fresh ice . -really great for a medium to large family that loves its ice. We keep raving to our friends and family about how great this Samsung refrigerator is. Between its visually striking appearance and notable features mentioned earlier we are extremely happy with the decision that we made and that we have stuck with Samsung once again.

It is spacious and allows App control for settings in all 3 zones ( refrigerator, flex and freezer). It informs you if the doors have been left open and nags you to close it. No complains this far... so I recommend it on my ownership for of 7-8 months.

purchased this fridge in november 2019. we started having problems in july 2020, samsung sent a tech and a repair was made. a month later and our fridge was failing to hold a temperature lower than 50 degrees. samsung sent another tech, more troubleshooting, and the samsung tech and phone support couldn't figure it out. they sent the issue to "engineering" with a promise to return in a week. they returned, replaced parts, and it still didn't resolve it. they sent it to "engineering" again. at this point, it has been over a month since i have been able to use the fridge. i called samsung again, and they are refunding my money. the refund of my purchase price is approximately $1200 less than the current selling price of the same exact model today. samsung has said oh well. never again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always loved Samsung because they are a reputable company that makes beautiful quality made products and they did not disappoint with my 28cu Feet 4-Door French Door Refrigerator with Flexzone Drawer. The style alone is beautiful and looks amazing in any kitchen. The sleek design is trendy and modern. I love that the stainless steel front is fingerprint resistant meaning they wipe away effortlessly. Which is great with my home filled with my large family. Installing was a breeze and the refrigerator was up and running in a few hours. We are in love with the Flexzone drawer! The drawer is the one in the middle and it can be changed for beverages, meats, and deli at this time we use it for all of our beverages and it keeps them very cold! The drawer is filled completely with bottle drinks and all of the drinks are evenly chilled at a perfect temperature. The main portion is a nice size and every piece of empty space is used which I love. Even around the ice machine is open areas to put small condiments. The trays as well move for larger items and one of the top shelves you can push up to use for larger items such as a cake you may have bought or that turkey at Thanksgiving you thought you had no space for. The filter for the refrigerator I believe is in a amazing place that I have never seen before and it is in the top front of the refrigerator making it much easier to change your filter. The ice maker is nice, I do wish that there was a tray at the bottom to catch ice and grime to make it for easier clean-up, however that is my only complaint with this refrigerator which is nothing and the reason it deserves the five stars! The ice maker does make ice cubed and crushed. The water can be locked that way if you have little hands in your house like I do the water can't be pushed over and over again! The temperature controls are in the door on the right and nice and bright. They are very simple to use and you can also add the app SimpleThings which is Samsung's app to control your refrigerators temperature and it will tell you when a filter is needed. The freezer is a double drawer freezer that is huge! It has a divider in the top which you can adjust as well as in the Flexzone Drawer. This is great because you can make your drawers how you want them to be. As you can see this refrigerator is amazing and I obviously love mine! I highly suggest one if you are in the need of a new refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since receiving my brand new Samsung rf28r7201sr/AA I can't believe the space, the features, and the style! It's just amazing!! The refrigerator space is at least double that of my previous refrigerator, the added pullout drawer underneath is perfect for my meats and cheeses. And the pull out freezer is very convenient and very organizable. I love how there's enough space to keep platters in there and it's really easy to clean! I wish I could give this fridge 6 stars!!

Not that impressed with this refrigerator. Two days after the warranty expired the ice maker froze up and cannot be removed because it is. The programmers did a great job with that. Our last refrigerator never did that in all the time we had it. Stick to television you do a good job on those.

I have so much room in the fridge for everything I need and more. The freezer holds way more than our older fridge and I am extremely happy about that. I am also in love with the middle drawer, right now it is holding my drinks which means more room in the fridge for food. I am in love with this fridge.
