[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I appreciate the functionality of this product. Although its been with us for only a few weeks, the Samsung 28 cu ft 4-Door French Door Refrigerator has better use of space. The old LG 28 cu ft French Door Refrigerator lasted only 6 years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our refrigerator was about ten years old and was ready to be moved to the garage. The new Samsung RF28R7201SR/AA 4 Door French Door is super nice. The stainless steel surface does not attract finger prints from the kids and feels smooth and glossy to the touch. The drawers and doors all open quietly and close quietly without slamming shut. The inside is well lit with multiple LED lights strategically placed throughout the cabin. The shelves are adjustable and can be moved to accommodate any size items you may like to place inside your refrigerator. The setup was simple and everything there is about the refrigerator is nearly self explanatory keeping it easy for anyone to operate whether it be switching from ice to water on the front dispenser or adjusting the temperature inside based on what items you want to keep chilled. Overall, this refrigerator is a great upgrade and recommended for anyone who may be looking to enhance not only their look inside the house but also the functionality they may be missing from their current product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'd have given this a 5 star, our issue however is that when the ice container fills up, it all freezes and doesn't come out. We always have to pull it out and pick the ice cubes by hand. No doubt these refrigerators are pricey, would be nice not worrying about that. Our previous one didn't have that issue to my remembrance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife picked out this fridge and I wasn't too sure about it at first. After having it for a while I do think it was a good buy. It's not had any issues, is well made, and looks good in our kitchen. My wife likes that there's the middle drawer to keep the kids stuff in so that they can keep their grubby little hands out of the main fridge. A really nice feature is the alarm that goes off if the fridge is left open. Water tastes good and is cold, Ice maker is easy to operate and I like that we can lock it up so that the kids can't play with it. I'd definitely recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this fridge for about 3 months now. The shelves are decent size and the ability to move and adjust them is great. The water dispenser is big enough to fit the huge water bottles we now all carry. The pull out snack/chill a drink in record speed drawer is awesome. It can tend to freeze things if you have the temperature a little low. The freezer is a great size with 2 areas, one side for meats and the other for fruits and veggies and the lunch boxes. The French doors are great and even with only one side open you can still access most of the fridge. The crisper drawers work great and our produce lasts a long time. The water comes out fast and switches from water to ice easily. A couple of the door shelves are a little awkward in size but fits those wierd jars of things like curry. We are a family of 5 and the fridge is pretty tough.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this Refrigerator 6 months ago. The design is wonderful for cold and freezer storage. Two separate pull out drawers. The bottom drawer for freezer is ample storage and vision of foods so nice. The inside drawer space for fruit and vegetables right & left side. The refrigerator is quiet. The Ice maker / water dispenser has a light great for late evenings. The color, the size, everything to my satisfaction. I sold my home recently and the Samsung Refrigerator was a great asset.

pros: • sleek styling, inside and out • love the flexzone drawer, no noticeable loss of space • the icemaker works great, rarely any of the scraping, chunks of small, chopped up ice our previous two models always did. sure, it's still the half-moon shape that i, meh, don't prefer, but at least i don't have to keep dumping my glass and starting over, trying to get all whole cubes. • very user friendly controls. • stable temperatures. cons: • it won't clean house or cook supper. ie, no complaints :)

Cons: Ice maker is slow, even on Power Freeze. Changing water filter requires shutting off water to fridge, which requires moving fridge away from wall

I love the convenience of the flex drawer , the freezer drawer with inside drawer...and the whole lay out. Our vegetables stay fresh so much longer than other refrigerators we have had. Totally pleased with our choice.

We noticed right away the ease of changing the water filter with the location right up front. No having to empty the top half of the refrigerator like Old Faithful. The Deli drawer or Cool zone is so convenient and easy to arrange with the help of the movable bars. Space , space and more space , I'm very very happy as this is a fantastic Product. Samsung you have set the bar high. Thanks.
