I like the water and ice on the outside of the refrigerator so we don't have to keep opening it. The freezer drawers have plenty of space. The controls are all touch. It is so easy to set them up and use. You can use your phone to set up the controls and keep an eye on it, although, I haven't done that yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first samsung fridge. The fridge looks great in my kitchen. Its deep and tall. This is built like a tank, which is very nice. The main fridge has two doors on the top, which when opened provides a very spacious compartment for food. I was able to put all my 2 weeks supply of milk/food and meat and still had room for more. The side shelves on on the door frame are intelligently designed in my opinion. A total of 6 shelves provide room to store sauce, ketchup, milk, butter and more. Temperature and smart controls are on the right side of the main compartment. I was able to adjust the fridge temperature without much help from manual. I was able to set the flex zone temparature using the buttons in the main compartment. The humidity control sliders provided are excellent in keeping my green veggies fresh with just right amount on moisture. I have never see this on any other fridge I owned. By the way, this fridge has also smart features. I was able to put the fridge in the AP mode to pair it with Samsung Smartthings app on my smart phone. Entire smart setup took less than five minutes. I am able to control the temperature and other settings using my phone app, which is cool. I can show it off to my friends and family. Also the door open/close status is shown on my samsung Tvs which I cannot beleive how it works. I simply love this feature. Moving on to the flexzone, this is a nice space with lot of customizable temperature settings. Good for the on-the-go food you can set 4 different temperatures in this flexzone. I can quickly access the food in the flex zone not having to open the main refrigerating are and the freezer, which I think is a awesome idea. Coming to the freezer, this is the most spacious area I have seen in any fridge. Everything was frozen at the right temperature and I was even able to make ice in under an hour. A chime goes off if the fridge door is left open and I have the option to disable this chime if necessary. The fridge is very quiet and came with 10 year warranty. I am happy with my purchase. I definitely recommend this great refrigerator to my friends and family.

Shelves can be folded or reconfigured, the ice maker is compact and out of the way, giving more room underneath for smaller items - even the shelves that surround the ice maker are designed to maximize the limited space (of course, because space is limited, these are relatively small bins, but they are available none the less). The extra drawer with its own temperature controls and the adjustable divider make this just so versatile! The light is nice and bright, allowing you to easily see where everything is. No more frozen vegetables lost in the back of the fridge. I was also impressed with the sheer capacity of this refrigerator, I was able to swap out all my food from the old fridge (which was the same size), and still had room to spare - both in the refrigerator sections and the freezer. The fridge looks good and seems to stay smudge free. Another plus

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We upgraded to the Samsung RF28R7201SR from a side-by-side refrigerator and freezer. With our old Whirlpool, we could never find anything in our fridge or our freezer, and forget about putting anything large in the freezer (like a pizza box!) When our new Samsung arrived, I wasn't sure if I'd like the freezer drawer setup but it's really great. We have a toddler, and while we have to remind her not to hang on the handles (everything is a jungle-gym to kids!), she cannot open the freezer on her own (which is great!) The stainless steel finish is magnetic, but doesn't show her fingerprints. It's pretty awesome, really! Both the fridge and freezer fit so much more than I expected - to help, I'll try to post pictures of our old (embarrassing, don't judge me!) disorganized fridge/freezer and the same items put into our new Samsung 4-Door Refrigerator. I'm not quite sure how/why, but everything fits so much better in this new fridge and there's room! The coolest feature of this fridge is probably the Flex-Zone. There's a middle 'drawer' that pulls out with an adjustable 4x4 grid. The drawer can be programmed to serve as a fridge or a freezer! You just set the desired temp and you're good to go. How cool is that?!? I mentioned we have a toddler... she cannot quite reach the water / ice dispenser on this one, which is equally awesome! Heaven forbid we forgot to 'lock' it on our old fridge... she loved to push the button and make a "huuuuuge mess!" as she would gleefully exclaim. Not anymore and this mom's thankful for that! It is solid (heavy!) and seems durable, plus it has a 10-year warranty on the compressor! The door storage is a little bit quirky on the side with the ice maker because the ice-maker causes you to loose some of your valuable door-storage space. There's a tiny spot that's right in front of the dispenser, and I've found it holds butter sticks perfectly (in case anyone needed an idea of what to store there). The right door holds multiple gallons of milk and anything else you need. When we first set it up, I wanted to see how quickly it 'fired' up and got to temp. I put little digital thermostats throughout to test the consistency and accuracy of the temp readings. Overall, it reached the desired temp very quickly (no spoilage upon transferring from old fridge), and the readings seem to be fairly consistent. I appreciate that the water filter is inside the fridge and not hidden in a hard-to-access grate like our old fridge. Overall, great

pros: • sleek styling, inside and out • love the flexzone drawer, no noticeable loss of space • the icemaker works great, rarely any of the scraping, chunks of small, chopped up ice our previous two models always did. sure, it's still the half-moon shape that i, meh, don't prefer, but at least i don't have to keep dumping my glass and starting over, trying to get all whole cubes. • very user friendly controls. • stable temperatures. cons: • it won't clean house or cook supper. ie, no complaints :)

The ability to control the zones of your frig as well as the ice.maker from ones phone is a plus. The ice maker works great! The food is always cold and it's wonderful to have two levels in the pull out freezer.

This replaced another one that we liked a lot, so, for us to like this even more says something about this refrigerator. It's got a ton of space with adjustable shelves and the LED lighting gives the interior a cool look. It's also WiFi enabled and we have it connected through Smarthings app. This enables you to turn on/off the icemaker, set the temperature and alerts you if you leave the door open for too long which is a nice touch since we have accidentally left our previous fridge open numerous times! It's got a huge freezer section as well and the flexzone drawer is a nice addition. The stainless steel finish resists fingerprints. Overall, we love the refrigerator very much!

It's quiet and very spacious. After loading everything from my old fridge, I still had plenty of room leftover. It handles well and holds up to my grandkids constantly opening and closing the doors. I'm very happy with b this fridge and wouldn't think twice to recommend it to others!
