[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Your refrigerator is as big as a statement as your front door. This refrigerator has a very welcoming feel. You know we followed the directions while setting up the ice maker, and it's never leaked. Some of my favorite things about it are how you can arrange the shelves so you can fit just about anything. It keeps milk cold in the door which if your a milk drinker you know is amazing. They freezer is huge plenty of room for milk and bread. We're a household of Samsung our phones, headphones, watches, washer and dryer, stove, and dishwasher. High quality products all of them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I received my refrigerator two weeks ago right in the middle of a complete kitchen remodel. Since I didn't have the space ready for it I realized that I would just set it up in my Living Room next to my other refrigerator so that's what I did. I didn't want to overload it since I knew I would be moving it but then again that would be impossible as this refrigerator has some serious room in it. After allowing it some time to get to the desired temperature I began transferring items from my other refrigerator which was so full I couldn't even see everything in it. It was swallowed up in this new one and I have found all kinds of room. The flex drawer is the coolest thing ever!!! For us it will be a refrigerator zone as we also own a deep freezer so we are covered in the freezer department. I am still in awe every time I open this refrigerator at the ample amount of space and how well configured it is. Once I get it in it's final home I will take more pictures but for now I did want to share it's arrival.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an incredible refrigerator. It has so much room in it. We especially love the middle drawer under the french doors. This is a place that you put all kinds of things for little hands. We put drinks in there for our kids. They are able to reach things they want without having to open the whole refrigerator. The water tap and ice machine work great. The water is very tasty and cold when it comes out. This refrigerator allows us to store so much food in it and the second shelf adjusts so we can put tall items like milk or other drinks there. There is also a pull out drawer in the freezer that allows you to store things and make it easy to find. The only negative about this model is that pockets in the doors are very small and don't hold very much.

The fold-up shelf does not look steady hope it does not break. The middle drawer is good. Other shelf design lack of innovation. Customer service is great. Missed end cap on one of the handle and the issue was promptly resolved, exceeding my expectation.

A little over a year in (just after warranty lapsed) the ice maker started to frost over to the point where ice was hitting the fan and making a terrible noise nearly all day long. Had to eventually dismantle and turn off the ice maker. At some point will pay someone to fix it, but no ice for now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a great fridge having lots of fridge space and good ice maker. The best part is the flexzone drawer which holds so much stuff, and is easy to just slide out and pop in bottles of soda, cans of protien shakes, cheese, water bottles, butter, margarine, desserts, and anything you can imagine which had no real space in traditional refrigerators. I like it very much. It looks very impressive in person and is really a giant of a fridge. It does resist fingerprints, and cleans easily with a wet towel. I adjusted the shelves to hold milk gallons on the lowest shelf as me and my family are not too tall and cannot put gallons on the top shelf. So far, I like all the space it has on the shelves and can hold three layers of containers because it is deep and that is great. The only things I do not like are the ice maker drip tray./spill catcher. It is flat and if water spills , it just flows down. There should be a removable 1-2 inch tray so that the spills can be cleaned and do not run down the fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never knew I could love an appliance so much. Its the best part of our house now. It fits perfectly in the space our old fridge was at but the newer fridge has so much more storage. Its very sleek and fingerprints are not as noticeable. The door alarm is very useful already. My son for some reason can't remember to close the door...lol. My top shelf now makes me feel like a Kardashian. I went to Costco and filled that entire shelf with assorted beverages. The cool pantry drawer is a great feature which allows to be able to store more refrigerated items. I am finding myself buying more healthier options too. I noticed that the food doesn't spoil as quickly as it did in our old fridge. I can't express how much the entire family LOVES this fridge. It defiantly was worth the investment. I now am more excited to go grocery shopping.

While the fridge functions well, taking out the shelves for cleaning is extremely challenging. Switching from our previous fridge to the 4-door Samsung fridge post-remodeling was a regrettable decision. Removing the shelves requires screwdrivers and considerable strength. Moreover, replacing the water filter poses its own set of difficulties. Overall, I strongly advise against purchasing this model.

Great Refrigerator. Too bad Samsung decided to no longer include the Bin that goes on the backside of the Freezer Drawer on these newer models. All the fitting for the Bin are there, just not the Bin. We had one on our previous Samsung Refrigerator and it was a valuable feature. Very disappointing it is not included in this newer model. Bad decision on Samsung's part!
