[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Im so very happy with this refridgerator ! Its nice and big and spacious. I love how it has the separate compartment for drinks because my family goes thru a lot of soda cans and this is the perfect spot for them and I can udjust the bar inside to move to hold my cans or the 2 Liter bottles which I always have either of those In my household. I love the fact that I can have the smart app on my phone so I am able to know if someone has left the door open or it will chime. It keeps at just the right tempature for my food and freezer food. The ice maker makes ice quick and I love the choices of crushed or cubed ice. The smart app will let me know when its time to change my water filter and that to is easy to do with a simple click and turn of the knob. I like how the shelf will move up a bit so I can keep taller items like my koolaid pitcher on the shelf instead of the door. The doors are big enough to hold 2 of the 2 gallons of milk. The light inside is bright enough to show everything but not that bright where you feel blinded which is a plus to me. The tempature settings is all on the right side of the refridgerator door which is great. And I am able to lock the water so when my grandson is over he cant go over and just push the water and make it go on my floor cause it will lock it until you unlock it. I have installed the app on my phone and no when someone goes in or out of the fridge I can see how many times or if it has been left open so now I wont have to worry about that no more. The inside doors are spacious and hold all my condiments. The freezer has 2 sections and it can hold a lot my big tub of ice cream fits so easy and I love the top shelf to hold all my pizzas and hot pockets in. It fits all my food and I still have room for more. I simply love this Samsung and am so happy I have it. And one extra perk I like is that the front will hold magnets which I simply love to have on my fridge in front.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this just before Christmas we were very unsure of the French door style but we would not go back the pull outs are great. It has tons of storage room and everything is easy to get to and well lit so you can easily see everything. The 3rd draw is great for either everyday items that you use and don't need to open the doors for or additional freezer space. The door alarms are helpful as well having kids that don't close the doors.

The FlexZon drawer is large and so convenient, as are the freezer drawers. Everything functions very well. I love that I get a text message when my husband keeps any door or drawer open for a longer time :)

Love that i can control temps from my phone, from the SmartThings App. It has a FlexDrawer that has temp options such as wine, deli, beverage, or meat. The flex drawer also has adjustable barrier to size the way you like. Which is awesome. There is an adjustable shelf that slides in for taller items or slides out for extra room for shorter items. One door easily holds 2 gallons of milk and 2 shorter shelves for alot of sauces. The other door holds more sauces and condiments and butter or what not. So many options! The icemaker/water dispenser works great and fills rather quickly and holds a large amount. I have never ran out of ice even with 5 people using it all day. The freezer is huge with 2 shelves and an adjustable divider for the deep freeze bottom section. Last but not least I love getting notifications on my phone if one of the kids leaves the fridge/freezer open.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recommend this refrigerator. It's a great refrigerator and has made my family happy with the product. To begin the finger print resistance really works. The days of having to spend endless wipes to clean the prints off the frig is done. Now I need to work in getting the same material for my microwave. It really works. The controls for the refrigerator can be located inside. It allows you to set different temperature for the freezer and refrigerator but you can set a different zone for the flex zone. Great feature as it moves it way from our children with small hands. It's so built in and flushed to the inside you couldn't notice it's there. The flex zone is amazing. We had a refrigerator prior that had a similar draw but it was inside of the unit. When we got the refrigerator I was reluctant about the new feature because I depended on the old draw so much. However it easy love thie flex zone. Now the kids can open the draw for a drink rather than the main doors to find a drink. Unlike the pror draw the cans had to lay sideways. The flex zone the cans be stood up in the draw allowing for more storage. Clearly whoever created this draw was thinking it had the prior draw. I can't finish the review without pointing out the freezer. There is a divided center with a draw on the top allowing more storage. A great feature about the top draw is that it locks in place when you open the freezer. Instead of pulling out with the main drawer it it locked in place so that you don't have it pulled out when you open the draw.

The flex zone drawer is amazing because I can store different items at different temperatures. This allows the food to last longer because it is specific to its need. The shelves are adjustable which is great for taller items such as drinks. This fridge is a great investment which will save you money and your food will last longer. I love how it is fingerprint resistant because everyone in the house loves to touch the doors. This allows for minimal cleaning and a great look. It is amazing how much ice it can produce. The hot days are coming, and we need ice every single day. This is a fridge that can keep up with the high demand. Overall I love this fridge and recommend it to everyone!

The pull-out freezer drawer is one of my favorite features; low-use items go in the big section in the bottom drawer and frequent use items go in the top slider. The Flex Zone drawer is great; we are still experimenting with the best items to store in this drawer, but the independent temperature control makes options quite extensive. Very nice. Positive temperature controls in all zones give great confidence and the Control Lock prevents unintentional changes.

we had previously purchased a similar model for a condo & loved it. expecting this to be similar, we've had some disappointments. before i get to those, this refrigerator is gorgeous! immense capacity & we love the flex-drawer. most every aspect of this refrigerator is solid. except: 1) the water dispenser is really slow; almost a minute to get a 14oz glass of water. 2) the bottom shelf is super hard to remove and clean; massive design fail, imo. furthermore, there is no official guidance for doing so. i had to find a youtube video showing how. it is ridiculously convoluted. 3) having removed the bottom shelf assembly to remove and clean under the glass, the last time we did it, it shattered. this has led to a 3 day, multi-hour search for a replacement.
