Not an issue for us, maybe for some. Flex drawer is great, we have it at deli setting, keep all of our charcuterie goodies in there.

When we were informed about this Samsung Refrigerator we were so excited because we have wanted a Samsung for awhile. After researching refrigerators I agreed with my wife and chose the 28 cu. ft. 4-Door French Door Refrigerator with FlexZone Drawer in Stainless Steel and I am very happy that we did! The refrigerator has a lot of room and is very easy to setup. The water and ice does need to be ran a few times to stop the leak from the ice machine, it is not a leak that will continue, it is from air trapped in your water line-just wanted to warn people about that because this refrigerator is a good refrigerator. The space is great but I do wish the shelves were more changeable. I do like that the bottom top shelf on the left does move up and it gives you room. I love the Flex Drawer! You can put meat, veggies, and drinks in it. The temperature can be changed to go with what you put in the drawer. We have soda in it. The freezer has a lot of room and the two drawers are great. The Flex drawer and freezer drawers do have a bar where you can change the sizes for the items you put in the refrigerator or freezer. My favorite part would be the Smarthings App from Samsung. I have a Samsung phone and I love that I can go to the app and check my refrigerator and freezer temperature and change it, check on my filter too. It is great! I highly recommend this refrigerator! This is a beautiful refrigerator inside and out.

this is a great frigerator, there is a lot of room and the deli shelf is wonderful. it has a great look and is easy to take care of. the finger resistant exterior is easy to keep clean. the glass shelfs are adjustable and easy to clean. but if your not careful small items will fall off the back because the shelfs dont go all the way to the wall ?the two things that would make it a five star frig is that the shelves on the door are not adjustable at all! the large area were you would put a gallion of milk is nice but it would be nicer if it were enclosed to keep the milk colder. the most negitive aspect about this frigerator is the ice maker is small and as if that wasn't bad enough it is slow. this could of been a great refrigerator with some minor tweaks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am loving our new Samsung refrigerator. The first thing I like is the looks of it. It is attractive to the eye. I love that it is magnetic on the front to attach my grandchildren's photos. I like the double door feature to the fridge. When you open both doors, you can easily find what you are looking for very quickly. The lighting inside the fridge is bright and that is both helpful to better find what you are looking for and it just looks beautiful. There is plenty of storage in the doors for condiment bottles. It will also hold two gallons of milk on the right-side door. The shelving inside the fridge is very flexible with the flip up shelf feature on the left and the slide back feature on the right. Both enable you to store tall items. I was a little concerned with the freezer on the bottom when my wife first mentioned it. My concern was that food would be buried and lost forever, but after having the fridge for only one month, the bottom freezer seems to be even much easier than our old side-by-side to see where things are in the freezer. The freezer drawer has a sliding bin on the top of the freezer area. We love that feature as we can keep food like ice cream treats or small frozen things so that you do not have to dig through the freezer to find them. Another favorite of mine is the Flex Drawer. It is the perfect place to put small items that easily get lost. There is even room to store medium size jars which we love. I store small items there like pudding, applesauce, pickles, juice boxes, cans of soda, etc. You can even store full bottles of wine. The temperature gauge on the inside on the right will allow you to change the temperature to anything you would like or even make it part of the freezer. I also love the water and ice in the door. The cubes and crushed ice come out perfectly every time and we like the taste of the filtered water. We have had no trouble with our ice maker like a few people I saw earlier on. To sum it up, our new Samsung Fridge is both attractive and very user friendly to store and find your refrigerated or freezer food. I am giving our new Samsung Flex Zone Refrigerator 5 stars.

i loved my white french door 2 drawer fridge so much, when we decided to upgrade our entire appliance package we chose the same style in fingerprint less stainless. i am quite disappointed, the interior has one main light, my older model had side and crisper lights, samsung is starting to produce a cheaper product. my main anger is they have the attachments for the bottom freezer small clear shelf but no longer put it in their models, i loved that shelf and truly miss it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we began building our new home we knew we would want to upgrade our refrigerator with a lot of room. The fourth door which is actually a flex zone drawer is a huge bonus. I love being able to put our children's snacks and drinks in each divided area of the drawer. The way the freezer is divided up makes it very user friendly when separating different foods from each other. The two drawers withing the freezer makes it where things don't get buried and lost. We really like the size of the french door part of the refrigerator. It makes it easier to keep large pizza boxes or sheet pans without running low on space. The exterior water and ice maker are a dream even with larger cups or bottles. We use the lock feature all the time to keep little hands from dispensing ice or water without supervision. This refrigerator and freezer are top of the line!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Though I don't think about how I use the fridge on a day to day basis I did like a few notable features on the RF28R7201SR/AA. First of all setting up the temperatures for the fridge were a breeze. On top of that the smart apps door notification is a great way of finding out when my wife has started dinner or is getting a snack... I usually like to steal some of her snacks. My wife has a Samsung phone to use the Bixby controls but she told me it isn't really useful since it takes her to the smart app she can check herself. The finish says its "fingerprint resistant" but it's not smudge resistant. So if you have anything on your fingers or hands it will show up but you can wipe it off. The FlexZone drawer is also a nice feature, it lets you put items that you might not want in the fridge or just as quick access to drinks. You can even set the temp to what you want it to be for those items. Overall the fridge has a useful and modern design that most people might like.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never knew I could love an appliance as much as I love this Samsung refrigerator! Right out of the box, this equipment is absolutely gorgeous! I love the stainless steel finish and the fact that it is fingerprint resistant makes me so much more excited as I have three little ones who are constantly touching and opening the fridge. It makes for so much less work and anxiety for me not to see all those messy fingerprints all the time. You still get some on the water dispenser and smudges here and there but it is 1000% better than the regular stainless steel. The installation and setup was very easy. I had to refer to the manual to make sure I had all the settings correct for the temperature and to turn on the water dispenser (The water dispenser does not start working as soon as it's plugged in! You have to unlock the mechanism from the controls located inside the refrigerator). Speaking of which, the control panel is very nice looking and easy to understand once you've looked at the manual. I really like the ability to adjust the temperature in that middle drawer. It is perfect space for snacks for my kids! They're constantly opening the fridge to find snacks and with the dedicated drawer for them, they're not constantly letting out the cold air from the rest of the fridge and it is right at their level! Win-win! Space wise, both the fridge and the freezer hold enough food and then some for our family of five. I have had this fridge for over a week and still haven't filled up the fridge completely at any point. It is great to have the French door style so you have visibility to all the food and nothing gets pushed to the back and forgotten. Really like the adjustable shelves so you could fit taller cartons or containers if needed. Also, the white LED lightning is very cool looking and adds a lot of visual appeal to the fridge. The freezer also has two levels and it is perfect for organizing and separating items. Both sections hold a lot of food and everything is easy to see and find at that level. A few things to look for: the water dispenser initially leaks for the first few liters, but you're supposed to let about 2 gallons of water run through anyway. But then it does stop leaking, so don't worry. Overall, we LOVE this fridge and never knew how much we needed it. It has become the focus point of our kitchen and adds a very modern look to our kitchen area! It has everything you want in a refrigerator! Absolutely recommend it!!

owned for 3 weeks. 1. shelves are not l - r interchangeable anymore. 2. freezer temperature is wrong and has a wide variance. we have validated this with digital thermometers. the freezer is set to -4 (f). the temp of the freezer rarely touches -4 and often sits at 0, maxing out around 15 when the freezer has not been opened for 24h. the control board has been replaced. the problem persists. the temp reads 34 (refrigerator) -4 (freezer).
