Control panel issue

brand new installed. issue with control panel, can not deactivate the lock as per provided instructions. it makes the panel display only and can not change temperature etc, anything from control panel.

Love this fridge!

Do not buy this!

do not buy thia refrigerator unless you want to repair the freezer as soon as the warranty ends. freezer fills up with ice and becomes, essentially, useless. this is a known issue and samsung does nothing systemic about it. disappointing.

Ice maker recall - Do not buy Samsung refrigerator

The ice maker freezes up and does not work. Repair man said do not bother trying to repair as it will just happen again due to poor design. Look at online reviews. Also, the stainless steel finish was the worst I have ever had to keep polished.

Not the quality I thought it would be.

* Have had this refrigerator for 6 months and cannot get it to dispense more than 1 glad of ice at a time. * Right for makes loud sound when closing it.

Great features

Do not buy! Ice maker leaks water inside and outside. Ice freezes up inside the icemaker. We have looked at videos and done all the troubleshooting. No fix!!!!

Horrible

I bought this refrigerator and it looks great on the outside but the refrigerator back panel keeps freezing and I have to take all my food out and let it defrost.

front water/ice dispenser buttons never lit up upon delivery, had to open door to change from ice to water every time ( a very poor design as well). ice maker very loud (sounded like trash can lids banging when ice cubes were making.

All you will ever need

Good product - Taken some steps backward

owned for 3 weeks. 1. shelves are not l - r interchangeable anymore. 2. freezer temperature is wrong and has a wide variance. we have validated this with digital thermometers. the freezer is set to -4 (f). the temp of the freezer rarely touches -4 and often sits at 0, maxing out around 15 when the freezer has not been opened for 24h. the control board has been replaced. the problem persists. the temp reads 34 (refrigerator) -4 (freezer).
