The FlexZon drawer is large and so convenient, as are the freezer drawers. Everything functions very well. I love that I get a text message when my husband keeps any door or drawer open for a longer time :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung 4-Door French Door Refrigerator with FlexZone™ Drawer is the ideal fridge for our big family. First of all, it is huge and holds everything we need plus still has space for more. When we moved things from our old fridge to this one, we couldn't believe how much more this fridge could hold. Love the stainless steel look and the fingerprint resistant surface. Although, you can still see some water stains and such, it is much better than other stainless steel appliances that have fingerprints all over all the time! Also, love the locking feature on the water dispenser, not only for young fingers from wasting water but also if we need to clean the area, it is easy to just lock the dispenser and clean easily. Also, love the chime when the fridge or freezer door is left open too long as my kids are notorious for getting snacks and leaving the door open costing us in energy bills! Also, my kids love the Flex Zone drawer for ease of access in getting their snacks and we love they are not constantly opening the whole fridge to get their snacks and drinks. It's the perfect size for their snacks and we love the ability to change the compartments to fit different snacks The only drawback I felt was the size of the freezer and the difficult of finding and reaching for things in a bottom freezer. I wish the Flexzone at times can be adjusted to use as a freezer so that when we need more space, we can use that drawer for a freezer as well. Hopefully that is an easy change since currently the Flexzone drawer can be adjusted down to 30*C. Overall, we are really happy with our beautiful looking and extremely functional fridge. We can see ourselves using it forever for our growing family!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an amazing refrigerator. Not only does it look great, but it is excellent from a technological perspective. The external ice and water functionality is top notch and located at the perfect height and in the perfect place. Sometimes refrigerators with external water sources leave leaks and water behind. Not this one! The inside of the refrigerator is roomy. The flex-drawer is great for storing deli food (or produce) at the optimal temperature. The freezer opens easily and has enough space to store all of the extra food we need to keep regularly for our whole family. I love the fingerprint resistant doors, especially with a toddler. And the ability to lock the refrigerator from my phone to prevent our kids from getting into after dinner is a great perk! The refrigerator has a beeping signal that lets us know when the doors have been open for too long (or aren't closed) that is very useful. The app that comes with the refrigerator is very user friendly and took no time at all to set up and use. I would highly recommend this refrigerator to anyone, but especially for families because of how big it is inside and for all of the family-friendly features it provides.

First I must mention the two vegetable drawers. They have helped maintain the freshness and color of our vegetables for much longer than our old appliance. The easy access center drawer is great for items we like anytime of the day or night. It is so simple and easy with just a light tug and it does not need to replace the cold air in the entire refrigerator. We were concerned with the size of the freezer. We worried that we may need more space. That has not been a problem at all. In fact we have yet to completely fill the freezer. The slide out shelf in the freezer adds to the convenience when looking locate just one item. The shelfs in the main refrigerator area are easy to adjust so you can design it to work best for your individual needs. In addition to the easy to adjust shelfs, the drawer has four adjustable areas to accommodate individual needs. The ice maker has been fantastic, we have had a few get togethers and never ran out of ice. Also, everyone seems to notice the water quality thanks to the Samsung filtration system. We are very pleased and happy with our new Samsung Refrigerator

Real nice fridge other than the ice maker issues that everyone is have with these. Heard of a class action lawsuit but need to read more about it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Samsung Refrigerator and I love it. Very spacious, bright led lights, and the flex drawer is perfect for putting lunch meat and eggs in. I am very satisfied with my refrigerator.

We own two of these refrigerators and we really like the deli drawer and the bottom freezer. The ice maker still is the weakest link in the samsung refrigerator but overall we are very pleased
