these are a must for me. I get gassy all the time and its just the most uncomfortable feeling in the world. i just pop one of these when ever i feel gassy and immediately i start to feel much better. i highly recommend these to any one suffering from gas

After eating spicy foods I usually have a lot of pressure, bloating, and discomfort from gas in my abdomen. I used to avoid raw onions, broccoli, cabbage, beans and many other foods due to the bloated feeling I get afterwards. These soft-gels work very fast and give me complete relief so I don't have to worry anymore. These soft gel tabs are easy to swallow, small, and easy to pop out of the foil packet. I used to take those chalky tasting products that come in liquid or chew-able. They tasted horrible and took too long to work. I didn't know Gas-X made these extra strength gel tabs until recently. It can be such a frustrating feeling when I'm working out really hard, trying to eat as healthy as possible and I look down to see a bloated belly! After my workout I took Gas-X and within 15 minutes I could feel the product working! My yoga pants fit better and I felt much more comfortable. I was super bloated from what i had eaten and in a lot of discomfort and within a short time of taking the capsules I had the best relief ever. Out of all the products that I have tried, Gas-X is the only product that stayed true to its word. Relieves gas fast and doesn't leave you waiting for hours. This is the only brand of "gas relief " medicine that I buy. It gives you extremely fast relief. The pills are very tiny and are not flavored. They are very easy to swallow. Do not waste your time with other brands, if you have gas and bloating problems get Gas-X.

Usually I get severe pressure with discomfort and bloating, but taking 2 pills after a meal helps out drastically. Softgel pills make it easier to swallow.
