I have recently been adding more fruits and veggies Into my diet in way of daily smoothies for breakfast. This has created a lot more gas. My smoothies have kale and spinach along with fruit. My problem is all the gas is building in my GI tract and moving its way up because extremely painful gas pockets and creating gas pains. I'm having a rough time getting any relief. No belching or anything else to relieve me of the gas so my only avenue is Gas-x. It usually helps or at least used to years ago. I almost feel like they have changed the formula as it does not seem to work anymore.

I have pretty bad stomach issues and I have been taking Gas-X for years, which is the brand I will stick with. I am very unhappy that they discontinued the strips, which seem to work better & faster and for whatever reason they seem to no longer make them.

I then got gas-x and it worked fantastic! It didn't take a long time for it to kick in either and the pain eventually subsided. I would get more of these, defiantly recommend that others with gas issues try these out!

If I eat something with a ton of fiber, I will immediately pop a couple of these to combat the bloating, and irritation that follows. These had significantly lowered the number of times that I have become extremely uncomfortable from eating. These are easy to throw in your purse or car so eating out is no longer something that gives me anxiety. They are super easy to swallow and go to work fairly quickly. I will sometimes take these right before a meal if I know it will be a trigger food. Taking it directly afterward is fine as well. I have always wondered if these would benefit me but never actually bought them. I am so glad I tried them. They are terrific.

My momma used to swear by these. I never used them until recently I started having digestive issues and a lot of trapped gas. You pop one of these babies and drink a glass of water and within about 30 mins that bloated feeling is gone! Definitely worth the price.

i ate chili which I love,, buoh the beans are not so good on my belly,,,8 hours later,gas buildup was big time,,pains and bloating...tried extra strength gas x and it helped a lot,only took one,,i will take another later this evening...thanks for the help!

Anytime I need some gas relief, this is the softgels that I automatically migrate towards this. It works for me every time and I never have an issue with this product. This is the only one for gas relief that I have ever tried, but I definitely will keep purchasing it in the future.

I don’t know about you but for me lots of food makes me gasy. I take these to make me less gasy. Depending on how gasy if it totally stops it or just cut it down. Easy to swallow and easy instructions too take. It comes in different count sizes so price varies.
