I learned that the active ingredient, simethicone, is an anti-foaming agent and it works by collecting up smaller gas bubbles into a larger bubble so it is easier to expel. This helps with bloating. I've started taking these more when I feel pressure coming on rather than when I eat foods that cause gas, like beans. I've thought if this product wrong before, but know better now. I received a free product in exchange for my honest review.

I agree these pills get rid of gas. But you may want to take them on your day off. The reason they get rid of gas is because they make you fart. These pills only target gas in your stomach and force it out. You can't hold it in so grab your water, a fan, some aerosol spray and warn everyone you live with!!

I always try to use softgels instead of the hard pill. this is the best medicine for gas. After my myometomy ( a surgery) I bought it to take away the gasses and it was amazing, I used other ones that I prefer not to mention but nothing compares to this one. It's also very affordable. Highly recommend!

If I eat something with a ton of fiber, I will immediately pop a couple of these to combat the bloating, and irritation that follows. These had significantly lowered the number of times that I have become extremely uncomfortable from eating. These are easy to throw in your purse or car so eating out is no longer something that gives me anxiety. They are super easy to swallow and go to work fairly quickly. I will sometimes take these right before a meal if I know it will be a trigger food. Taking it directly afterward is fine as well. I have always wondered if these would benefit me but never actually bought them. I am so glad I tried them. They are terrific.

I took one pill and it work so fast. I had a stomach bloating for 5 days and had multiple bowel movements. I finally took one pill last night and less than 10 minutes, the bloating and pressure was released. My scrub top does not look like I am pregnant.

Let's just say your gonna go out on a date or with your gal pals OR somewhere very important where you do not want to toot. I prefer this over any other product. It really relieves my gas and it works so quickly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have IBS and sometimes the symptoms from this is very very painful and nothing yet that I've tried over the counter really helps. Last night my stomach started to get extremely bloated and the painful gas bubbles started in my stomach which normally when this happens I can't sleep,eat, etc. I get beyond miserable. I took 2 soft gels to try to stop the pain before it got super uncomfortable and I'm happy to report i was able to go to sleep!!! I slept all night without any pain. Overall I'm extremely happy with this product. I did wake up this morning with the bloating and pain so I need to take some more to hopefully help but for 8-10 hrs these worked.

After using this product for gas for quite some time without any results, I discovered that one of the inactive ingredients is sorbitol - which, if you're sensitive to it, CAUSES GAS AND CRAMPING! I can't understand why an anti gas product would contain sorbitol!
