For three days my belly was as tight as ASa basketball and the pain from trapped gas was keeping my from sleeping and I couldnt eat. I don't know about you but for me lots of food makes me gasy. I take these to make me less gasy. Depending on how gasy if it totally stops it or just cut it down. Easy to swallow and easy instructions too take. It comes in different count sizes so price varies.
