This is the only brand of "gas relief " medicine that I buy. It gives you extremely fast relief. The pills are very tiny and are not flavored. They are very easy to swallow. Do not waste your time with other brands, if you have gas and bloating problems get Gas-X.

Relieves pressure and bloating quite quickly. Just take 1-2 pills after a meal or at bedtime. Active Ingredient is Simethicone at 125 mg. Very effective results

For three days my belly was as tight as ASa basketball and the pain from trapped gas was keeping my from sleeping and I couldnt eat. Finally, at my wits end thinking I was going to have to go to the ER I sent my wife out to get GAS-X and 5 minutes the gurgling started. I used it after I ate things that might have upset my stomach and had given me gas and it truly worked. Made me feel much more comfortable than I did before I took the medicine.

I’ve been having trouble with feelings of bloating lately and Gas-X seems to be the only thing that helps relieve it. I do wonder, though, why I have little burps that taste like licorice? I’ve noticed this almost every time I take it. It’s very subtle, but definitely noticeable. I wonder if there is anise in any of the ingredients?
