This product is WORTHLESS! The water runs out the bottom all over my countertop instead of dripping into the little channel and running out into the sink like it should! I should have returned it when I had the chance. Very disappointing!

My old dishrack was showing signs of age so when I came across this one, I grabbed it. It is so much bigger than my old one! Almost too big, but well worth the price I paid. I really like the drain and the cup rack.

The plastic catcher underneath the strainer drains it OK all of the water however, the little tube drain attached to the bottom doesn’t drain properly and water goes all over the counter

Doesn't Drain the water At All. Mostly just a nice looking drain board especially for the price I paid. I have to take it apart and lean in sideways in the sink.

The drainage is good, however, the way the dish portion is designed, you cannot put anything there, it doesn’t have an angel and plates cannot fit correctly.

This dish rack is designed to avoid all the annoying issues of a standard rack. The untensil basket can hang on the outside and still not drip on the counter; the base has a drain with an arm that swivels to direct the water back to the sink no matter which way you have the rack sitting; and its spacious enough to hold several pots and their lids. Even the extra glass drain attachment is designed to drip onto the main base so you have extra space while keeping your counter dry! I put up with a stainless steel rack for years that was poorly designed and the utensil basket kept falling off every time I had a couple items in it. Truly an intelligent design that is also very sleek and stylish!!! Love it!!!

In theory this is nice. I like the functionality of the actual board and attachments. The execution is not good. The rack is too low to use with an over the top stainless sink. The drain channel needs to drain into the sink but the sink edge blocks it. This would not be a problem with a below counter mounted sink. My solution was to build a raised frame for the whole thing to sit on. Next, the extendible drain leaks so the counter was getting flooded. My solution was to caulk the seems. Finally, the drain clogs easily and must be cleaned fairly often.

Not a happy customer with the service. Did not receive the feet extenders given the phone number 888-746-7726 to call and all they want to do is sell you a medical device and not assist with actual needs. When you decline their offer for the device the call conveniently gets disconnected.

I'm a fan of this dish drying rack! It's function is so much better than my old one. For starters it has an extendable spout that attaches to the bottom hole on the underside of the tray that allows collecting water to drain into the sink. It has several removable attachments. One is for cups/glasses and there's another one for flatware and/or the sponge. The beauty of them is that you can attach them wherever works for your needs or take them off when not needed. As far as dish racks go, it has a nice esthetic too with the white wire rack and wood handles.
