Good dish rack. Only negative is the glass holder which we removed and don’t use. It was limited on capacity. The legs which allowed for water drainage were very cleverly designed and the overall size and design was well thought out. Good product at a very good price.s

We love it. Large capacity. Adjustable drain and the rack is made of metal instead of plastic. What more can you ask for? The rack for glasses and the utensil strainer are both movable and can be attached in various spot of the main dish rack. It appears sturdy and well made. I haven't found a flaw in it as of yet . I recommend it over the others.

My daughter needed one, saw this, grabbed it. Put it together and used it the next day....lovely set up. Love the drain spout you can angle however you need to. Great design.

Larger than I thought it would be, but it’s a great size. Sturdy and has plenty of space for pots, pans and baking sheets or pizza pans along with plastic containers or other dishes.

Great dish rack and worth the price. Can fit a lot of items and it is very sturdy. So great that we bought a 2nd as a backup. Just wish they had white in-store

I like the size and style of this dish rack, and it is satisfactory for daily use. However, I believe it has two small design flaws that affects its complete draining of all water off the tray: there should be a slight angle/tilt to the tray so that the water drains toward the sink (perhaps the legs on one side are slightly higher than the other side), and the hole in the tray should be closer to an edge instead of closer to the middle of the tray; this would allow all the water to be emptied into the trough and then into the sink rather than pooling in the tray. Overall, I like the design which provides ample space for lots of varying sizes of dishes, and plates stay upright while drying, which other cheaper, plastic racks did not provide. The extra space for glasses and utensils being moveable provides versatility as well. I have tried three other dish racks before this one, and this one is far better, but I will be adding another drainage hole near the edge to completely empty the tray of pooled water which currently leaves unsightly mineral deposits on the sleek black surface.

The drain tube is about 1/2 inch short for me. Depends on how much sink sits on top of the counter. The rack has to be up against the sink for the water to drain into the sink. The creator assumes that the user can read and follow directions. The assembly requires a little precision. I find myself adjusting the rack to the correct position on the counter because it slides out of the correct position. It would be great for the sink shown in the picture.

This is a very nice quality dish rack. I especially like the drain feature that keep the counter clean and dry, I only wish it was about a 1/2 inch longer. My only complaint and the reason it didn't get a 5 is that there isn't a good way to stack bowls - it's great for plates but bowls just don't fit into the rack portion. Overall, it's a very nice product.

Nice quality drain board with the exception of the draining feature. The placement of the drain hole in the middle of the board was not a good idea as the water from the dishes is not enough to drain towards the middle of the board, thereby leaving standing water on the board causing water stains.

I like the fact that the dish rack is metal and seems durable, but I don’t like that it leaks under the tray where the drain spout is at.
