Arrived with the “wooden” handle broken. This thing is really a neat design but I dislike the wire rack and the way it sets up the side. The plastic bottom is designed to drain out into the sink. It’s hard for the wire racks to stay assembled The wire coated racks are well done and looks to be easy to keep clean and well coated so they shouldn’t rust. As far as the look … this is nice looking and aesthetically pleasing. It is large and takes up a good amount of counter space. It’s neat and looks like a functional design. Overall Nice dish rack if you don’t have a dishwasher this will hold all your dinner plates Will hold up to 13 plates.

The drain leaks onto the counter when extended.

I like the looks of the dish drainer, but I have found out whenever you wash several dishes at a time and put them in there, I’m not sure if the little thing that’s supposed to drain the water out it’s not big enough, but it leaks all over the counter. I feel like it’s a very poor design.

After I got it home I realized the box had been opened. And then noticed the dish rack had been used and was missing pieces.

Beware of what glasses you put on that drying section, they can flip off easily. Other than that it's nice.

Good size. Seems strong. Looks modern. Seems to hold a lot of dishes. Going to buy another for mom’s house!

Bought this dish drainer to replace my old one. It is a bit big if you have a small space. I do love it because it holds a lot and I like that it has a drain spout so that the water can run off back into the sink.

I have looked for a dish drain that I like for a very long time. This is what I was looking for and found it by accident at Sam's. Love it

Not very good. The little spout on the bottom keeps leaking water all over the counter. We have to have it set just right for it to not leak. If it gets bumped even the slightest it will leak. Wish we never would have bought it.

Doesn't drain properly and very upset that I didn't save box. Will speak with customer service at store and see if I can return w/o original box. Very upset considering the price.
