My old dishrack was showing signs of age so when I came across this one, I grabbed it. It is so much bigger than my old one! Almost too big, but well worth the price I paid. I really like the drain and the cup rack.

Doesn't drain properly and very upset that I didn't save box. Will speak with customer service at store and see if I can return w/o original box. Very upset considering the price.

Doesn't Drain the water At All. Mostly just a nice looking drain board especially for the price I paid. I have to take it apart and lean in sideways in the sink.

Not very good. The little spout on the bottom keeps leaking water all over the counter. We have to have it set just right for it to not leak. If it gets bumped even the slightest it will leak. Wish we never would have bought it.

I absolutely LOVE the size of the dish rack! But it doesn't drain properly through the hole so there’s sitting water. That’s the only problem. Other than that I am in aw of it!

Kind of disappointed. The drain hole in the base is located in the center and does not drain as it should. Water remains on the base until it evaporates or is manually wiped up. Water ends of on the countertop causing additional manual cleanup.

The drainage is good, however, the way the dish portion is designed, you cannot put anything there, it doesn’t have an angel and plates cannot fit correctly.

The plastic catcher underneath the strainer drains it OK all of the water however, the little tube drain attached to the bottom doesn’t drain properly and water goes all over the counter

This product is WORTHLESS! The water runs out the bottom all over my countertop instead of dripping into the little channel and running out into the sink like it should! I should have returned it when I had the chance. Very disappointing!

This dish rack is designed to avoid all the annoying issues of a standard rack. The untensil basket can hang on the outside and still not drip on the counter; the base has a drain with an arm that swivels to direct the water back to the sink no matter which way you have the rack sitting; and its spacious enough to hold several pots and their lids. Even the extra glass drain attachment is designed to drip onto the main base so you have extra space while keeping your counter dry! I put up with a stainless steel rack for years that was poorly designed and the utensil basket kept falling off every time I had a couple items in it. Truly an intelligent design that is also very sleek and stylish!!! Love it!!!
