This is a very nice quality dish rack. I especially like the drain feature that keep the counter clean and dry, I only wish it was about a 1/2 inch longer. My only complaint and the reason it didn't get a 5 is that there isn't a good way to stack bowls - it's great for plates but bowls just don't fit into the rack portion. Overall, it's a very nice product.

I wasn't looking for a new dishrack, but so glad I came across this. It holds plates, containers and utensils so much better than the old one, as well as manages the water through the gutter system underneath the rack.

Absolutely love this strainer. Very spacious. At first I was hesitant to buy because I thought the bottom stainer where the water drains would collect mold and I wouldn't be able to clean it properly but after purchase I was so glad to see it pops off for a full clean!

The dish drainer looks great but it is too large to fit our sink, which is larger than average. That is the reason for the less than great rating. It was difficult to judge by looking at the box whether it would fit.

Bought this dish drainer to replace my old one. It is a bit big if you have a small space. I do love it because it holds a lot and I like that it has a drain spout so that the water can run off back into the sink.

Returned after discovering that water was not actually draining out of the lower tray. Also found that dried hard water residue looked awful on the black upper drain tray each morning

Probably the best dish drainer I have ever purchased. The drain in the bottom let me decide how to position it on my counter the way I wanted it and drain into the sink. The same goes for the position of glass a cup holder along with the silverware drainer. It have the ability to have things the way that work best for me. The black and wood trim are nice. Very good quality with 3 different materials used. Metal, plastic, and bamboo.

Arrived with the “wooden” handle broken. This thing is really a neat design but I dislike the wire rack and the way it sets up the side. The plastic bottom is designed to drain out into the sink. It’s hard for the wire racks to stay assembled The wire coated racks are well done and looks to be easy to keep clean and well coated so they shouldn’t rust. As far as the look … this is nice looking and aesthetically pleasing. It is large and takes up a good amount of counter space. It’s neat and looks like a functional design. Overall Nice dish rack if you don’t have a dishwasher this will hold all your dinner plates Will hold up to 13 plates.

DOESNT WORK VERY WELL WITH A DROP IN SINK. WHICH IS WHAT MOST HOMES HAVE. THE SPOUT ISNT LONG ENOUGH TO WORK WITH THIS TYPE OF SINK. IF I MOVE IT UP ON THE EDGE OF THE SINK THEN THE SPOUT SIDE IS HIGHER THAN THE BACK SIDE WHICH CAUSES THE WATER TO LEAK AROUND THE SPOUT. THE ONE PIC SHOWS "FEET" WHICH CAN BE INSTALLED BUT WHEN I CONTACTED THE CO. THEY SAID NO FEET ARE AVAIABLE AND IF I WAS UNHAPPY WITH IT THEN JUST RETURN! I MADE 2 FEET THAT RAISED THE BACK OF IT AND IT SEEMS TO WORK OK NOW.

After assembling the drain I found that it was easy to use and I was able to store a good amount of dishes. I like the added feature of a tray under the glass holder. My last one lacked this feature and water was always on the counter. I also like the angled drain piece that connects on the bottom. I was able to turn it and place the dish rack the direction that made sense to me.
