Kind of disappointed. The drain hole in the base is located in the center and does not drain as it should. Water remains on the base until it evaporates or is manually wiped up. Water ends of on the countertop causing additional manual cleanup.

DOESNT WORK VERY WELL WITH A DROP IN SINK. WHICH IS WHAT MOST HOMES HAVE. THE SPOUT ISNT LONG ENOUGH TO WORK WITH THIS TYPE OF SINK. IF I MOVE IT UP ON THE EDGE OF THE SINK THEN THE SPOUT SIDE IS HIGHER THAN THE BACK SIDE WHICH CAUSES THE WATER TO LEAK AROUND THE SPOUT. THE ONE PIC SHOWS "FEET" WHICH CAN BE INSTALLED BUT WHEN I CONTACTED THE CO. THEY SAID NO FEET ARE AVAIABLE AND IF I WAS UNHAPPY WITH IT THEN JUST RETURN! I MADE 2 FEET THAT RAISED THE BACK OF IT AND IT SEEMS TO WORK OK NOW.

Very nice looking dishrack! Probably one of the nicest we have owned. Only 2 slight negatives. The first is the drain. There is a drain hole in the center that channels water underneath to the sink. This drain is not slopped, so there is always a little residue in the bottom of the rack. The other negative is the silverware holder on the side. You can't put much in it. You have to pay attention to balance. Overall, small negatives.

Probably the best dish drainer I have ever purchased. The drain in the bottom let me decide how to position it on my counter the way I wanted it and drain into the sink. The same goes for the position of glass a cup holder along with the silverware drainer. It have the ability to have things the way that work best for me. The black and wood trim are nice. Very good quality with 3 different materials used. Metal, plastic, and bamboo.

We love it. Large capacity. Adjustable drain and the rack is made of metal instead of plastic. What more can you ask for? The rack for glasses and the utensil strainer are both movable and can be attached in various spot of the main dish rack. It appears sturdy and well made. I haven't found a flaw in it as of yet . I recommend it over the others.

It may sound silly to get excited over a dish drainer but this one is worth a shout out! First, it’s pretty! It’s also very well made. The frame is coated metal with wooden handles and the drain mat is sturdy. There are silverware and cup hook-on options as well. The drain mat has a removable/extendable drain spout option that makes this customizable for many scenarios.

This dish rack is designed to avoid all the annoying issues of a standard rack. The untensil basket can hang on the outside and still not drip on the counter; the base has a drain with an arm that swivels to direct the water back to the sink no matter which way you have the rack sitting; and its spacious enough to hold several pots and their lids. Even the extra glass drain attachment is designed to drip onto the main base so you have extra space while keeping your counter dry! I put up with a stainless steel rack for years that was poorly designed and the utensil basket kept falling off every time I had a couple items in it. Truly an intelligent design that is also very sleek and stylish!!! Love it!!!

If I could give it a no star I would. I thought it was going to be a good buy, but it leaks from the adjustable drainage. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a great idea, the size is perfect, and the utensil holder, cup holder too. It’s just that the adjustable drainage didn’t work well. So I’ll be returning soon. Hopefully they’ll take back. 👎🏼

Arrived with the “wooden” handle broken. This thing is really a neat design but I dislike the wire rack and the way it sets up the side. The plastic bottom is designed to drain out into the sink. It’s hard for the wire racks to stay assembled The wire coated racks are well done and looks to be easy to keep clean and well coated so they shouldn’t rust. As far as the look … this is nice looking and aesthetically pleasing. It is large and takes up a good amount of counter space. It’s neat and looks like a functional design. Overall Nice dish rack if you don’t have a dishwasher this will hold all your dinner plates Will hold up to 13 plates.
