This is an excellent faucet with a good quality stainless finish, it's very convenient to use and I'm overall very pleased with it. The faucet represents good value for the money. The customer service is also excellent, due to the fact that my warranty was up on the sprayer, and VIGO was kind enough to send me the replacement part free of charge.

I love the look of the faucet but the nozzle will not seat back into the faucet assembly without using two hands and it pulls out just as hard. Does anyone have any recommendations? Customer Service said that the inside piece is plastic and should work easier over time but I just have to leave it hanging out a little bit as I’m afraid I will cause the whole unit to come loose by the force needed to get the sprayer part back in. The weight is in the correct location according to the directions and it was installed by a plumber.

I purchased this faucet though overstock.com and had a problem with the sprayer in the first year - it was so simple and painless to get a replacement! Then 3 years later, well out of warranty, the sprayer broke again - again, customer service was so accommodating as to replace it for free. I will be a VIGO customer for life!

I bought this sink at the end of October. When I got it and saw how deep it goes I was really excited. Once the faucet was installed it looked really great!!!!

I bought a set with sink, faucet, Strainer, Grid, and Dispenser. Everything packaged very well. Everything is heavy and of high quality. This sink should last for many years and still look good. You get what you pay for.

We remodeled our kitchen and I ordered the sink from a representative from *Lowes. The accessory package included the faucet/sprayer, soap dispenser, protective sink bottom rack, an over sink colander , and a cutting board. What a bonus!

I have city water yet within 2-3 months it began corroding. Within 6 months the switch on the spray head stuck in the spray position. Would never purchase this s brand again.

We bought this because our current faucet did not reach very far intuitive the sink, the Vigo faucet not only reaches farther, it also adds style and beauty to the kitchen

I have not used my sink yet and I don't even have it mounted. I received it in the mail today and got it out of the packaging. It looks exactly how I hoped it would and there is nothing junky about the faucet or components of the sink.

This sink is simply gorgeous. Packaging was excellent; you'd have to throw it out of a moving vehicle to damage the contents. The included faucet complements the sink nicely.
