Bought this faucet and really loved it. After a time it stuck on spray. A simple call to customer service and a new one is on it's way. Very good customer service - and I like seeing the picture of the rep I am chatting with.

VG 15111 appears to be a good value. We have been using it for a month now. Can't point to any defects as yet, except that sometimes the weight underneath the faucet bangs around and makes noise. It is a huge and deep sink.

I did a lot of research before I made this purchase and I am happy to report that I was not disappointed. Excellent design, sweet looking, and well constructed. I am very happy with my purchase.

I purchased this last month and it installed easily and has worked well. It is a wonderful alternative to some other name brands with higher price tags, but the same interior and exterior construction. Very pleased.

I haven't install it yet but the product arrived well packaged like they are proud of what they do. Both sink and faucet has a heavy sturdy hand feel.

Just installed yesterday. Fairly easy installation. Looks great in kitchen. Only issue is pulling the hose out. Needs a decent amount of force and can see the whole faucet bend a little sometimes. Besides that, it works great.

Love the accessories that it included - faucet, sink mat, soap dispenser, colander - everything you would want. My sink is not installed yet, so I can't comment further.

This faucet far exceeded my expectations. It is very well made, and doesn't have any cheap parts like some other faucets do. It is beautiful, contemporary and I highly recommend.
