We are completing a full kitchen remodel and had plans to just re-use our old faucet.... once we installed it, we discovered it had a couple of leaks and the finish was slightly off from what we wanted. We decided to purchase this Vigo faucet (and soap dispensers) - I'm so glad we did! The faucet is high quality, has a nice finish, the hardware has a nice feel, and it was easy to install. We are very happy with this purchase, especially for the great price we got it for!

I have only had my faucet for roughly 1 year but it has been great. The quality, look, and finish are outstanding and very sleek! I recently had a plumbing issue and the cartridge on my faucet was affected by it, so I went online used the chat and the customer service was outstanding. They walked me through the issue and immediately sent me out the part I needed to fix my issue. So thank you very much Christian!

I had this sink installed 1 month ago and have been very happy. The large sink basin is big enough to wash my largest pans and baking trays. The faucet is very sturdy and well constructed. The soap dispenser didn't work when it arrived, but all I had to do was call Vigo and they sent me a new one with no hassle. Great company and quality product.

We had to replace our old faucet and looking up all the different faucets this one seemed to get really good reviews! The only downside I have to it is it seems a little tough to push the nozzle back in; I need to use two hands to make sure it is lined up properly.

Replaced old faucet as I wanted a pullout spray model. Installation was straightforward and so far it is working perfectly. To my surprise, the button controlling the spray locks, I was under the impression you needed to continuously hold. Excellent flow rate.

My sprayer started leaking through the head when it was on stream. I contacted Vigo to see what my options were and they gladly send me a replacement head free of charge. No shipping, no hassle, no charge at all. This is unheard of customer service. Yes, it was out of warranty too. Thanks Christian and Vigo Industries.

I purchased this faucet (VG02013ST) as part of a bundle that included a stainless steel sink and soap dispenser. I've had quite a few problems with the faucet and soap dispenser. I bit the bullet and called Vigo customer support and I have to say, they were exceptional. They are sending me replacement parts for everything that went wrong and are available to hold my hand if I need assistance during the re-installation. I wish they had better visuals (drawings of the parts and how to assemble them, or videos), but I'm sure it will all work out. They are definitely a company that stands behind their products. I'm really impressed.

I bought this faucet for our previous house when we remodeled our kitchen. We have since moved, but I loved this faucet so much I bought it again. We are going to be remodeling our current kitchen but not for a while, but I just had to have this faucet installed now because I was always fighting with the current faucet because it was so low to the sink. It swivels so easily & the spray hose is long enough that I can fill containers on the counter. Great faucet; great value.

I bought this faucet for a kitchen remodel in June 2016. It's been wonderful, until about a week ago. It began leaking from the push button and where the sprayer attaches to the hose. It got bad quickly.. I tried some recommendations from google that did nothing. So I contacted customer service (even though I was past the 1 year warranty period) asking for recommendations and/or how to replace the sprayer (intent on purchasing a new one). They shipped out a replacement within a few days! For free! Absolutely wonderful customer service! The sprayer has definitely been updated since last year when I purchased mine. Maybe they'd had similar issues with the older model? Whatever the reason, the updated model is even more powerful than the original one I had. I am very happy with it! And very pleased with the customer service! Wow!

There is no doubt about the quality. However, they did incredible customer services as well. I left message about detail spec of the plastic locknut replacement, they asked my shipping address and processed parts order right next day. The customer service is worth far more than every penny spent!!
