Bought this faucet a few month's ago for our kitchen remodel. It works great with good water pressure and with all the features that we like as listed on line. The only thing we did different was that we reversed the hot and cold water inlet lines so that the handle was pointing towards you when the cold water was used. We did this because after washing your hands, to turn off the cold water, the water would drip all over the counter top. Now the water drips back into the sink. See picture in cold water position. This works GREAT. Seems to be a high quality faucet for a very reasonable price.

I love the look of the faucet but the nozzle will not seat back into the faucet assembly without using two hands and it pulls out just as hard. Does anyone have any recommendations? Customer Service said that the inside piece is plastic and should work easier over time but I just have to leave it hanging out a little bit as I’m afraid I will cause the whole unit to come loose by the force needed to get the sprayer part back in. The weight is in the correct location according to the directions and it was installed by a plumber.

This is an excellent faucet with a good quality stainless finish, it's very convenient to use and I'm overall very pleased with it. The faucet represents good value for the money. The customer service is also excellent, due to the fact that my warranty was up on the sprayer, and VIGO was kind enough to send me the replacement part free of charge.

We renovated our entire home and searched online for a sink knowing I had limited space (not a large kitchen). VIGO had several options. Bought the sink at end of January 2015 and just installed (August, 2015 - yet a lot of set backs with reno!). Anyway this is a wonderful looking sink and is very functional! Nice and deep for large pots and faucet is just awesome! Would highly recommend if you want a "farmhouse" look without the front frame piece!

We are completing a full kitchen remodel and had plans to just re-use our old faucet.... once we installed it, we discovered it had a couple of leaks and the finish was slightly off from what we wanted. We decided to purchase this Vigo faucet (and soap dispensers) - I'm so glad we did! The faucet is high quality, has a nice finish, the hardware has a nice feel, and it was easy to install. We are very happy with this purchase, especially for the great price we got it for!

Love how deep the sink which allows me to fill large pots and buckets without having to tilt them. The colander/strainer works great when peeling potatoes. You can use it to clean them as well. The pull down spray feature on faucet allows you to clean and remove debris with ease. Loved how it was all in one package, sink, faucet, soap, etc. My only issue is it has scratched quite a bit even though it says scratch resistant. Maybe I need to try a different type of cleaning technique to remove scratches

We had to replace our old faucet and looking up all the different faucets this one seemed to get really good reviews! The only downside I have to it is it seems a little tough to push the nozzle back in; I need to use two hands to make sure it is lined up properly.

Very sleek-looking. Worked great but after 3 years it stuck on SPRAY and wouldn't STREAM anymore. I just contacted Vigo to obtain parts, expecting to pay because it was long out of warranty, and they are sending me a new sprayer free of charge. Very impressed with their customer service. Christian L. was so helpful and very prompt with his responses to my e-mails. Thanks, Vigo! You really stand by your products.

I purchased this faucet (VG02013ST) as part of a bundle that included a stainless steel sink and soap dispenser. I've had quite a few problems with the faucet and soap dispenser. I bit the bullet and called Vigo customer support and I have to say, they were exceptional. They are sending me replacement parts for everything that went wrong and are available to hold my hand if I need assistance during the re-installation. I wish they had better visuals (drawings of the parts and how to assemble them, or videos), but I'm sure it will all work out. They are definitely a company that stands behind their products. I'm really impressed.
