We remodeled our kitchen and wanted a big, good looking sink. This one absolutely fits the bill. Love it and looks great on our island. Plenty of room to get all of those big pots, pans and cookie sheets washed without splashing water everywhere plus it's easy to keep clean. Even our countertop installers told us that they could tell it was a heavy duty, high quality sink.

We purchased this faucet about 6 months ago. We started having trouble with the water pressure on one of the settings. I contacted Vigo and Stephen Santana replied right away! He was fantastic. He sent me a new faucet within a week and now my water pressure is amazing on each setting. I really enjoy the different settings and the neck extension. The features are great and the customer services is even better!!! Thank you vigo!

I have only had my faucet for roughly 1 year but it has been great. The quality, look, and finish are outstanding and very sleek! I recently had a plumbing issue and the cartridge on my faucet was affected by it, so I went online used the chat and the customer service was outstanding. They walked me through the issue and immediately sent me out the part I needed to fix my issue. So thank you very much Christian!

The faucet looks and works great! We had some difficulties with the sprayer button on the faucet (previous model). I called customer service and they replaced it with the new one free of charge even though I was outside the warranty period. So pleased with the product and service

Bought this faucet a few month's ago for our kitchen remodel. It works great with good water pressure and with all the features that we like as listed on line. The only thing we did different was that we reversed the hot and cold water inlet lines so that the handle was pointing towards you when the cold water was used. We did this because after washing your hands, to turn off the cold water, the water would drip all over the counter top. Now the water drips back into the sink. See picture in cold water position. This works GREAT. Seems to be a high quality faucet for a very reasonable price.

I bought the 33 inch sink and it was VERY large. Wayfair was great with the return process. I purchased the 30 inch. It looks beautiful. It is very deep and has a slight issue with the water draining towards the center. I would recommend a smaller size.

I purchased this faucet two weeks ago but only had it installed three days ago along with a new granite countertop and new sink. I love the appearance of the faucet. The only concern I have is the effort it takes to replace the pull-down sprayer. I expected a smoother transition. There is a slight movement of the faucet where it joins the base.

There is no doubt about the quality. However, they did incredible customer services as well. I left message about detail spec of the plastic locknut replacement, they asked my shipping address and processed parts order right next day. The customer service is worth far more than every penny spent!!

I purchased this faucet (VG02013ST) as part of a bundle that included a stainless steel sink and soap dispenser. I've had quite a few problems with the faucet and soap dispenser. I bit the bullet and called Vigo customer support and I have to say, they were exceptional. They are sending me replacement parts for everything that went wrong and are available to hold my hand if I need assistance during the re-installation. I wish they had better visuals (drawings of the parts and how to assemble them, or videos), but I'm sure it will all work out. They are definitely a company that stands behind their products. I'm really impressed.

Replaced old faucet as I wanted a pullout spray model. Installation was straightforward and so far it is working perfectly. To my surprise, the button controlling the spray locks, I was under the impression you needed to continuously hold. Excellent flow rate.
