I bought this faucet for a kitchen remodel in June 2016. It's been wonderful, until about a week ago. It began leaking from the push button and where the sprayer attaches to the hose. It got bad quickly.. I tried some recommendations from google that did nothing. So I contacted customer service (even though I was past the 1 year warranty period) asking for recommendations and/or how to replace the sprayer (intent on purchasing a new one). They shipped out a replacement within a few days! For free! Absolutely wonderful customer service! The sprayer has definitely been updated since last year when I purchased mine. Maybe they'd had similar issues with the older model? Whatever the reason, the updated model is even more powerful than the original one I had. I am very happy with it! And very pleased with the customer service! Wow!

Looks beautiful. Glad to have the new soap dispenser and faucet We had our plumber install our new VIGO soap dispenser and faucet yesterday. I thought they looked great in the box but once they were installed on the counter they looked fantastic. Even better they work very well.

We are completing a full kitchen remodel and had plans to just re-use our old faucet.... once we installed it, we discovered it had a couple of leaks and the finish was slightly off from what we wanted. We decided to purchase this Vigo faucet (and soap dispensers) - I'm so glad we did! The faucet is high quality, has a nice finish, the hardware has a nice feel, and it was easy to install. We are very happy with this purchase, especially for the great price we got it for!

Bought this faucet a few month's ago for our kitchen remodel. It works great with good water pressure and with all the features that we like as listed on line. The only thing we did different was that we reversed the hot and cold water inlet lines so that the handle was pointing towards you when the cold water was used. We did this because after washing your hands, to turn off the cold water, the water would drip all over the counter top. Now the water drips back into the sink. See picture in cold water position. This works GREAT. Seems to be a high quality faucet for a very reasonable price.

This is an excellent faucet with a good quality stainless finish, it's very convenient to use and I'm overall very pleased with it. The faucet represents good value for the money. The customer service is also excellent, due to the fact that my warranty was up on the sprayer, and VIGO was kind enough to send me the replacement part free of charge.

I love the look of the faucet but the nozzle will not seat back into the faucet assembly without using two hands and it pulls out just as hard. Does anyone have any recommendations? Customer Service said that the inside piece is plastic and should work easier over time but I just have to leave it hanging out a little bit as I’m afraid I will cause the whole unit to come loose by the force needed to get the sprayer part back in. The weight is in the correct location according to the directions and it was installed by a plumber.

I purchased this faucet two weeks ago but only had it installed three days ago along with a new granite countertop and new sink. I love the appearance of the faucet. The only concern I have is the effort it takes to replace the pull-down sprayer. I expected a smoother transition. There is a slight movement of the faucet where it joins the base.

Installed in 2014 to replace aging faucet with similar features. Wanted something with better height and the ability to stay as spray or stream with a pushbutton. Installation was simple and easy to do. When the sprayer head developed a leak, I contacted Vigo and they're sending a replacement as a courtesy - thanks!

I had this sink installed 1 month ago and have been very happy. The large sink basin is big enough to wash my largest pans and baking trays. The faucet is very sturdy and well constructed. The soap dispenser didn't work when it arrived, but all I had to do was call Vigo and they sent me a new one with no hassle. Great company and quality product.

The faucet looks nice with the Large sink since the faucet is large. The lever moves smooth. My only complaint is that the pull down handle is hard the pull from faucet. It binds. The hose is completely free. It was tight before it was even installed.
