Comes in three individually wrapped bags, one pound each. We love that we can eat one and freeze the others. The flavor is amazing. You won’t regret trying it!

I think too much of the weight is water. Cooked low end pork roast, mediocre bbq sauce, and I suspect added water. This isn’t that difficult to prepare from scratch in a pressure cooker.

Tried this tonight for dinner - not edible. Meat was mushy and Tasted horrible. Husband ate one sandwich and I made something else. Threw it all in the trash. Very disappointing. I loved Byron’s and was hoping it was comparable.

The quality of the pork has gone down substantially over the past 3 months. The inner packaging without notice or change on the outer packaging, went from (3) 1-pound bags to only (2) 1.5-pound bags making the portion ridiculously oversized.

Incredibly sweet and mushy. Unfortunately, I can't get anyone in my family to eat any more than that first serving because it's so sweet. One family member said it tastes like sweet and sour Asian food.

Good stuff, lots of protein and maybe a third the price than buying at a grocery store. Definitely more sweet than tangy bbq, almost syrupy sweet, but I like it with a pack of microwaveable jasmine rice mixed in to cut the sweetness and makes for a quick lunch.

Stopped making mine - from scratch! No more cooking Boston butt for hours. Then eliminating the fat, shredding pork and adding bbq sauce. This is really good and… it comes in 2 separate pouches so you can keep one frozen for smaller portion. Hamburger buns, coleslaw and kids are happy and satisfied before they hit the beach!

I have always loved this, but the last two times I have purchased it, the uncut chunks of meat were way too big. I had to cut a lot of them to fit on the bun. The sauce is great, as always, but it takes too much work to get the meat to blend with the sauce!
