I've taken ACV for years. Initially, notice fewer colds, more energy, and weight loss. I really appreciate the new tablet form, which makes it much easier when traveling.

The ACV capsules are so easy to take w/out the taste. I have tried for years to take ACV but could never get past the taste. I was so excited when I heard I could now have it in capsule form. I just ordered my second bottle.

I bought this because I have a full bottle on Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar but just can’t make myself drink - I’m not sure if it’s working yet because I keep forgetting to take it

Doesn’t seem to work at cutting my appetite as much as the liquid but I haven’t given it a complete week of everyday usage yet- will have to try on a regular basis- thx for checking in- Jim B

It's my 2nd month of the ACV plus B vitamin pills and I take one with each meal for my 3 a day and it's a reasonable increase in energy without the jitters/crashes etc,..

Im finishing my last 2 days of my 2nd month of these capsules. I saw Zero change and feel no change. I also lost zero weight. And I am on a keto diet as well. I am disappointed in the results.
