I love knowing that I’m taking the best apple cider vinegar out there. Taking it in a capsule is an easier way to divide it up throughout the day and week. It helps with digestion and all around health.

I have been using ACV for years to help promote good gut health and all the health benefits so finally having a source of capsules to take it in just gives me all the more reason to love it!

I've only been taking these capsules for a couple weeks and have already lost 2 pounds. I feel full and don't eact as much. I haven't had my cholesterol rechecked yet, but my hope is that it's lower than before.

So I'm starting off my new adventure I weighed myself at the beginning of the month my Uncle is at least 5 pounds by the end of the month I think that is very reasonable with taking this product I am hoping for 10 at the most
