Prepared the generator as per instructions. Generator started easily and very quiet running. Ran for 30 minutes with light load, the generator performed perfectly. LED data center was easy to use and performed as advertised.

I was very impressed that it started up right out of the box on the second pull. Never lost electricity so didn't have the opportunity to use it but confident it will do the job I intended it for.

The unit works as advertised. The unit is somewhat louder than I expected under near full load but not offensive. I am having a problem with the rpm fluctuating. I am pretty sure it is in the carb so I will have to dive into that problem before hurricane season.

I suppose this is a good generator, BUT, a word of caution...I purchased this generator one year ago for just in case I needed power from tornado or winter storm damage. Started it when unboxed and again six months later. Winter storm arrives, so I prep it and it won't start. Carburetor problems. I am told by people who know that it is caused by ethenol gas deposits and worsened because I let it sit without cranking regularly. If you purpose, I recommend using non-ethenol gas if your state allows its sale.

the pull string to start pulled out on the second try. Have yet to figure out what to do. When we wanted to use it to help build a walk bridge over a creek, it broke. This was reason for purchasing the generator.

Good lightweight portable generator for power outages or camping. Leaked fuel out the carburetor after the first start but no leaks after. Maybe just needed a run through.

Purchased, tested ok. Recently had a 3 day total blackout here in Puero Rico. Generator failed! Starts and produces power but only for a couple of minutes! Then wont produce power but engine stays on. Fist time use after 6 months of purchased and it doesnt work. Seemed to strugle with a normal 1 door fridge and 1 fan.

Three hours into break in period it quit producing electricity. I was able to contact A-i customer service who gave me the option of taking it 60 miles for repair. (I pay and they would reimburse), or returning to Sam's (65 mile drive) and get my money back. I did the return option.

Used once for my daughter’s softball game. I hooked up a torpedo heater for the dugout to help warm up the team during a cold spring game. They loved it and the generator worked great! The generator worked flawlessly and was unfazed when the torpedo heater fired up.

This little gem powered my home for more than a week after hurricane Ian. It will run for 6 to 8 hours on a tank of gas and is quiet. I ran it 24/7 only stopping once to change the oil. Ran fans and the refrigerator during the day and lights and a window ac at night. The engine is made by Yamaha (mine, at least) . I’m buying another to link them together. You won’t regret this purchase.
