This was not as tender (and a little dry) as I like a Filet but Generally, grass-fed beef can be considered less tender than grain-fed beef and a little dry because it naturally has less marbling (fat distributed throughout the muscle) due to the cow's diet of grass, which can result in a tougher texture if not cooked properly; however, with proper cooking techniques like not overcooking and using marinades, grass-fed beef can still be tender.

Amazing! Quality steak that is also affordable! I feel like I can trust what I'm eating because of the Halal certification. I had to reheat some steaks in the microwave twice throughout the week to finish eating them because they were a lot bigger outside of their packaging than I'd expected, and they were still as tender as butter to eat!

Don't know what this was, but it didn't taste like beef.
