Tough and tasteless. Toughest “tenderloin” I’ve ever experienced and tasteless. First time I’ve ever experienced completely underwhelming meat from Sam’s Club.

I've had much better tenderloins than these. They had hard fat ridges and weren't as tender as they should have been...slightly dry when cooked to medium.

If I could give it no stars I would. This was the worst textured, tasting, saltiest I think it was meat I have put in my mouth. Not tender. The texture was weird. The steaks plumped up when cooking. I sear on both sides for 4 minutes then high heat in oven for 5 minutes. Medium is the cook temp/look. It all looked good but the meat just seemed like it was pressed meat. Overall I would not recommend this to a beef lover if you want tender and steak texture. Just overall high priced fancy packaging. So disappointing to have to throw away the other two steaks because we will not eat it, nor purchase this brand ever. You milage may vary. I found it disgusting.

All 4 steaks were tough. I've never had a tough tenderloin steak before. Learned a lesson. Will not waste my money again.

Excellent steaks! Froze them and they were still excellent after defrosting and grilling.

These were terrible. No marbling/fat whatsoever.

Big NO. Tough and chewy. Beef flavor was more round steak. Not a good Valentines's dinner coice.
