Steaks are actually labeled filet mignon tenderloin….and often have cuts in the meat that make them thinner than they appear in the package. They are good and flavorful nonetheless….

Had recently read how different pasteur raised and grass fed beef was. Reading about it and having the opportunity to actually experience it was amazing. The texture is entirely different in a good way with no visible sign of fat or gristle and the flavor was perfect. Didn’t add any addition seasoning. Was so delicious I returned to the store the next day to purchase more to gift a couple for Christmas.

I cut these steaks into tidbits, added baked potatoes and braised asparagus fr a meal fit for a king. The tenderloin was delicious and not too fatty.

This was really good and we will be getting this again. We used the indoor grill and the meat was really tender and had a really good taste. Wonderful addition to our celebration.

Actually, really surprised at how good this they were. I always buy organic, grass fed and finished beef and I don’t buy much meat at Sam’s Club. I will definitely have these in my cart every time they are available.

Didn't feel like real steak and didnt cook like a real steak

Fantastic filets. They were easy to cook and came out perfectly. The filets are lean and fresh. Have bought them in the past and will buy again.

The first couple packages I bought were fabulous and then something changed and they were not the same. Unfortunately we won't be buying anymore they were too bloody and did not taste the same.

Fabulous steaks! The perfect size and the taste was phenomenal. Tender, no gristle, and cooked to perfection. I like that they were grass fed, and I will certainly buy them again.
