Terrible Quality

Put it together and it doesn't work. Won't light up

Stopped working

I bought this a little over a month ago and it has stopped working. This is too expensive to not last longer than that! How do I get a refund?

I was obsesssed with this snowman until he stopped working 3 days before christmas! I'm so disappointed!!

Save your money

The snowman is beautiful and I got many compliments on it when it worked. I just purchased at the beginning of December. It's been up for 2 weeks, it's not even Christmas and it quit working. It's too expensive for no longer than it works.

Beautiful snowman but has light issues

LOVE how this snowman looks and we get so many compliments but the right arm stopped working after a week. :( The lights can’t be replaced so the arm just isn’t working.
