Issues with the lights / plug

I love this snowman BUT have had many issues with the lights. I actually have 2 of them. Was hoping between the 2, I could have one working snowman. The arms / snowflakes seem to short out the entire thing. When you disconnect those, the rest will work for awhile. And now the head keeps going out. I am told it is something to do with the plug. Disappointing because it's absolutely amazing when it works.

Great look, poor design features

The snowman looks amazing, but as others have pointed out it has some design flaws. The wind knocked ours over the first night, including snapping off the metal base that the stakes hold down. We ended up getting better stakes and using them all around the base. We also tied it to a tree branch the was close to it and haven't had any issues since. I was impressed with how the outside held up (minus the nose).

Terrible Quality

Stopped working

Save your money

The snowman is beautiful and I got many compliments on it when it worked. I just purchased at the beginning of December. It's been up for 2 weeks, it's not even Christmas and it quit working. It's too expensive for no longer than it works.

Beautiful snowman but has light issues

LOVE how this snowman looks and we get so many compliments but the right arm stopped working after a week. :( The lights can’t be replaced so the arm just isn’t working.
