Cute but Flimsy

Welds broke off where you stake it in the ground within a month of owning it. For the price, I shouldn't have had to worry about this, especially when the weather hasn't been bad.

Missing parts

Loved this snowman and couldn't wait to get it. I have been working on putting this together for a few days now. I was nearing the end with the last few pieces to find that I am short 4 butterfly screws. Called the members mark help number to find I have to wait til Monday to speak to anyone about replacing missing parts. Instruction manual does not give size of screws so that I can try to buy some at hardware store. I just hope I can find parts before the holidays are over.
