Love the snowman, we put it together and it worked fine for a couple weeks but now it won't turn on. We tried switching plug ins with the reindeers and it's the wires that come off the snowman.

Works well so far.

Beautiful item when it worked... Had it up right before Thanksgiving and it shorted out before Christmas. Checked all the connections, the plug, the outlet and unfortunately it is the device. Bottom now only faintly flickers in some parts. And unfortunately the only way to get compensated is to lug this 6ft item back to the store.

This is a very visually stunning piece however it is not very sturdy. This has had a foot break off at the welding and the head break off at a joint now within 2 weeks in pretty normal weather conditions. Even used extra supports to no avail. Make sure you place this in an area sheltered from event moderate wind (10-15mph) because of how bulky it is event a little wind can really do a number on the poor thing. If you place it on a porch I think it would do great and it really does look nice, just not very sturdy.

I love it! I paired this with the iridescent/white sparkly arch. Absolutely in love! BUT.....this thing was SO hard to put together. The bottom part, when you go to put it together, doesn't line up when you get to the last screw. I really had to force it to put it together, but it finally worked. Working just fine, so hopefully I didn't get a defective one. Seems lots of people have. Some of the Sams club products need to be made better. My stacked ornaments stopped turning in the middle. Other people are having problems with their iridescent stuff not working. What's up with these Sams club items?
