I cooked it for the length of time it says & it's only 85 deg in the middle. Takes about 1 hr to cook

I was quite impressed with how good these were but I did have to add more sauce and cheese to the top only because we like it that way. Definitely would buy again.

I agree with the last customer who said the directions with cooking it with foil on top is wrong---inside is still cold...Cooks better and faster un covered! Still great manicott--From this East Coast Siciliano...

My favorite italian dish is Manicotti and I just couldnt wait to try this. It was amazing!!! It really does taste like my grandma used to male it. Way to go, Sams!!!

I've often wondered how good it was and I saw all the reviews, so I finally tried it and the reviews are right! This was so yummy I can't wait to buy it again!

To the couple of people saying that the instructions should be on the top. It is east to peel the paper off of the tray. Also instructions are right on this site.

Bought the manicotti for the first time, but it won't be the last. It was delicious!! I know ovens vary, but mine needed to cook for about 50 minutes to get good and hot. I also removed the foil half way through so the cheese on top melted beautifully. Highly recommend!

When I cook Italian dishes, I put my all into them. Thus, I was quite surprised that this was so good! Cooked at 350% per instructions, covered. Hardly warm. Cooked another twenty covered, then uncovered 10 so the cheese could better cook. Reading other reviews, you can definitely cook it uncovered the whole time, but I don’t like my cheese so browned. Very pleased.

I buy this item almost every time I go to Sam's. I am not sure if a new person made it or if the ricotta was due to expire or had expired, but it tasted badly - it never tasted badly before. It was made 3/13/24 and we purchased it 3/14/24. I suggest that the filling is tasted prior to using and please put more tomato sauce on the casserole. The manicotti should be covered with sauce and not have some of the pasta uncovered. Your sauce is fantastic! If you need to cut costs then decrease the amount of mozzarella on the top of the dish, but completely cover your manicotti with sauce. I love the sauce and would buy it if I knew the brand that is used on this item. Also I wish there were 8 instead of 7 in the container. I always buy the heaviest one in the case and I often buy more than 1 per shopping trip. Customer Service please make sure someone from this department reads our reviews. Thank you.

I was surprised at just how good this Manicotti dish is! The pan I bought was missing the cooking directions so I guessed and put it in my oven at 350° uncovered for ~35 min. It came out perfect!! Toward the end of the cooking time, I did find their directions on Sam's site; but I found it's BEST PREPARED UNCOVERED.
