I orginally purchased one of these beds with the adjustable base for my mother when she went into independent living. She absolutely loves it and my kids also love resting on grandma's bed. When we moved and my girls had outgrown their bunk beds, I bought two more. So, everyone loves their beds!

I bought the medium firmness in store and it feels like plush. Too soft. Perhaps if I had bought the firm, which they don't have in store, it'd have worked. But they won't ship to CA. What a shame, I really wanted to like it. On the plus side, it did not smell bad. And the quality seems to be very decent for the price.

First time as an adult buying a mattress, so not ganna lie i had no idea what to look for, but after some research about different types and brands this was a good match. Its a little more firm then i would have liked, but its not uncomfortable at all. Will definitely recommend and buy again.

Bought this at the end of may and here we are in July. Still has the chemical odor smell. In order to take it back, you have to have the box and be able to get the expanded mattress to the store. A bit ridiculous! Waste of 400 bucks. And this is the second bed from there that stinks. We bought a king bed the month before. So much for using membership perks to get a quality bed. Very disappointing considering the promises of satisfaction! Not satisfied. Not happy. Not renewing my membership.

Bought less than a year ago and is complete garbage. The matress already is sagging in the middle and if you lay to close to the edge you will roll right off because there is no structure to the edges of the mattress. Don't waste your money and can't return it because the store policy only covers the first 30 days. I would give it zero stars if I could.

Love the bed I own 2 a full and a queen the queen I had to get a replacement shortly after purchasing the zipper on the bottom of the cover did not zip came like that flipped over to try and zip but won’t work they replaced no questioned asked I’m really happy. They are not firm they say firm but they are quite soft you sink in them, i sleep every night in this bed I have no aches and pains it helps a lot.

Brought Queen size this 3 weeks ago, mattress is still only 10" not what is says 12" in final size when it expands. Too soft even though the box and Website says Medium . the person next to you can make you role towards them :D I bought 2 other mattress before, i bought King and Twin was not this soft , it was medium as it was stated. liked it so i bought this , could be diffective from manufacturing! not sure. this may go back to store.

So far, it's great 👍 The mattress puffed up quickly right out of the plastic wrap. It might take a few days for my dad to get accustomed to the memory foam, but its better than the cheap mattress from those firm stores at every corner of town. I wish Sam's also sold a base or bunky board.

Fails over time. I have had this mattress for about a year and we are in the market for a new one. This mattress was great for about 6 months and then began breaking down to the point where I wake up in pain almost every morning. I contacted the local store I bought it from and they said I have owned it for too long for them to do anything so I would not really call that 100% satisfaction guarantee. It would probably be great for a guest bedroom or something that is not used daily.

It's been a little over a year and we absolutely love this mattress. Putting on fitted sheets can take a little effort because of the weight, but no other complaints. Waking with no dull lower back pain was our primary goal and this firm mattress is the perfect for us!
