So far, it's great 👍 The mattress puffed up quickly right out of the plastic wrap. It might take a few days for my dad to get accustomed to the memory foam, but its better than the cheap mattress from those firm stores at every corner of town. I wish Sam's also sold a base or bunky board.

We have 2 queens of this mattress and love them. We tried a queen first before buying a king size. Have been really disappointed in the king. The king size mattress is so soft and already has dents after 4 weeks of use. We used the queen for 8 months and didn’t have any of the issues we’re having with the king.

I had a 5k high end name brand mattress I’d been sleeping on for years and then for the last few months I found I could not get comfortable on it no matter how I turned. I had slept on a full size of this mattress while recuperating from hip surgery and had found it extremely comfortable! So I decided to replace my expensive mattress for this one. Extremely smart decision! It is so comfortable! I do not have to constantly reposition.

I know this mattress is an inexpensive mattress, but I believe the top layer of the mattress should not have stretched/separated to the point that it causes pain. I am older and have no way of returning it fully expanded. Note: The bed was a dream the first week and I slept better than I had in a very long time. I was absolutely delighted, but my euphoria is rested and low pain was short lived. This mattress should not be advertised as being compatible with the adjustable base. The base was purchased from Sam's Club as well.

Purchased two queen mattress’s guest bedrooms. Everyone remarked how well they slept on them! Arrived pretty quickly after ordered. Arrived in a large but not too bulky box. The mattress expands after unboxing. Not two heavy but does take two to maneuver due to size.

With mostly good reviews, my husband and I thought we would save some money and get a decent mattress from Sam's vs overpriced ones elsewhere. Man, were we wrong! When we first tried it out we thought "this is nice". It was softer than the medium-firm description. But the more you lay there, the deeper you sink. You get sweaty it's so hot. And uncomfortable. We had a crick in our neck the first few nights we slept in it (notice "in" it, not on it, because you are in this thing!"). You sink so low as your head stays on your pillow that your neck is in a very awkward position. We added a topper that helped some, but the mattress still sinks and sucks out topper in with it. It stinks right in the middle. We both wind up in the middle in this hole every morning. It's like a nest. A nest made by some gigantic bird that thinks we are its babies. If you like to sit up on your bed to watch TV or read, you can forget it with this one. Your bottom sinks in as you sit there and your little legs hang on to the top to keep you from getting completely devoured by the mattress. Reminds me of an old episode of "The Twilight Zone" or "Tales From the Crypt", I can't remember which one, but the bed was eating people. I really do not want to go through the hassle of trying to return this bed, especially because there is no way to get it back in the box. I don't live near by my Sam's Club either. On top of this mattress ordeal, they charged me twice for another item and can't take care of giving me a simple refund over the phone. They want me to drive sixty-six miles round trip to do that. I am very disappointed in customer service right now.

Brought Queen size this 3 weeks ago, mattress is still only 10" not what is says 12" in final size when it expands. Too soft even though the box and Website says Medium . the person next to you can make you role towards them :D I bought 2 other mattress before, i bought King and Twin was not this soft , it was medium as it was stated. liked it so i bought this , could be diffective from manufacturing! not sure. this may go back to store.

I bought this bed because my Orthopedic Mattress was beginning to get too hard for my older body. I had sore shoulders and back. This was delivered to the door in a large box. It's bulky but manageable, I am 65 years old and managed to move to the first floor. Once unpacked it rapidly began to expand. I let it expand for 24 hours. It appears to be about half to one inch short of the 12 inches advertised. I have no experience with foam mattresses so didn't know what to expect from Medium Firm. Turns out it works well. My stiffness is slowly dissipating though it took me a couple of nights to get used to sleeping on a foam mattress. I didn't get the chemical smell some reviewers noted, I still have a pretty sharp sense of smell. After about a week I am pleased with the mattress. It's hard to beat the value of the Members Mark and return guarantee. I took one star off for the actual height being shorter than advertised.

I purchased 2 Twin XL 12" medium mattresses to use with a King platform bed. While the mattresses expanded quickly, had no smell, and a perfect medium feel (not too soft/not too firm), they are not anywhere close to a Twin XL dimensions (38" x 80"). Within 15 minutes of unboxing, they each expanded to nearly 42" wide. Height only got to about 11" as well. 84" wide will not work on a 76 1/2" wide bed. I ordered online so they will be picked up, but it was a complete pain to have to plastic them up again for pick up.

Ultimate comfort from a mattress that is delivered rolled up. I’ve purchased others, brand names, and nothing compares to this mattress. Priced right at about $200- for the twin size, I needed a mattress that would be on a platform without a box spring. This is the one, at 12 inches thick it has great comfort and support. You need to open it and let it air out from the factory smell, which only lasts about a day, also giving it time to fully expand. Great purchase, great quality, pleasant dreams!
