I buy this all the time. It last for a long time and is much better than spending a fortune on thos elittle bags.

This is flavorful cheese that even if not used right away as long as you keep it properly stored will last a good amount of time.

The cheese is good but the packaging could be better. I had to put it in Ziploc bags because it is not very reclosable.
